Leave them. Another survivor will come to pick them up, and that's 2 people not doing gens (assuming they don't have unbreakable).

Depends on how hungry you are

Really depends on the situation, eating a ds early game is always good so you don't have to worry about it later but letting them waste unbreakable early is also good. Just have to read the situation and act accordingly

Depends how early in the match it is, and what killer you are playing. I happily eat DS's if there's 4-5 gens left. Some killers can also eat them pretty well. Freddy / Clown can drop them into a snare or into gas. Nurse / Spirit can just redown them in 10 seconds. Trapper can leave a trap at the locker for locker DS's, etc.
If there's 1-2 gens left and I am playing an m1 killer, I might slug and risk the unbreakable.

Like everyone said, it all depends on the situation.
If I'm trapper I take the ds. Mainly because if they ds me and step in a trap as I am stunned it's almost always a rage quit :P

Eating a Decisive Strike will make you 5 seconds stun while leaving on the ground, as pretty smart said @2ndBusiestmusicnerd can deal to a survivor being busy to help that teammate.
If Decisive jumped that means he got hooked before, that's something to have in mind while preforming the carry action. But your points is pretty solid too and i totally agree with your words: "Really depends on the situation".
If you really want to take that DS away in your first generators, its a good choice to really do it since he'll be out of that perk the entire match.
Have a nice day!

Depends, earlier today I had a meg I wasn't even chasing jump in a locker in front of me and I thought sure why not, four gens left, the others are injured and I know where they are, I'll get rid of it early. The best part was instead of sprinting off like a good meg she then tried to follow it up with a head on stun, messed it up and went back into Lisa's basement funhouse.
