Tier for new Bubba?
I’d put him A with right perks and addons.
i don’t even use the mallet anymore at all (on healthy survivors) it’s just constant one hit down chainsaws.
bamboozle makes window counter weaker, you get 1 use.
you can force pallets down quick or get the chainsaw hit.
As long as you don’t bump into anything you’re good basically.
Combine fast downs and hooks with (perks) a little gen slow (pop), a little tracking, bamboozle and tinkerer or some stealth and he’s pretty strong.
where do you rate him? (As survivor or killer)

Pretty high. Similar to Ghostface and Plague. He eats pallets even faster than Legion, Oni and Billy, and there's some big brain plays you can pull at unsafe windows for a chainsaw hit, but overall he gets destroyed by generators and good window setups.

As a player from both sides I rate it in tier A with good accessories. B + with its base kit.

He’s definitely top tier with his new rework, it might actually be a little broken imo

He's a pallet vaccum. Very difficult in maps with less windows

With how well I'm doing with him, Sss tier. Never not 4kd at rank 5 with him. I like new bubba.

Always for the first few months at most you will nearly always 4k.
We will see his real ranking in about 2-3 months. If it anything like nurse, he will seem really extreme at first then level out slowly. Such as how new Nurse was F teir until she slowly became a B tier ( IMO Of course, and between a few friends )

Nah I think shes still s. Shes just a lot harder. And also I play against bubba the same as before and win. Idk hes just a bit stronger now but still the same counter. Ive just always been good at bubba.

Scott is right, you cant tier killers in this game. Idk why people try lol. Ive always thought this but it seems to be the norm to try to fit things into places. Depends on the map, survivors skill level, perks used, number of safe loops, gen spread... too many factors to consider how strong a killer is

I'd say B-Rank. If he had some type of quick map traverse, he'd be A-Rank. Otherwise, he's really fun to play as and against. They did great with him.

I dont use Windows. I run around a rock, hugging it. If he does the same, he'll tantrum. If he doesn't, he won't catch up. Its probably the best counter to bubba. I use it a lot. The good thing is, rocks are really common so if you are being chased, head to a rock, preferably next to a strong loop, like a long walk jungle gym, or a tl wall set that he physically can't chainsaw you on.

i would say a tier list can’t predict every game, but in general some killers are obviously stronger than others. Inexact science sure, but general guide yes.
Compare what spirit can do vs clown or what Freddy can do vs trapper. Could you really say “I’m not sure who’s a higher tier?”
Now, who’s stronger: Nurse Spirit or Freddy? With all things being equal, high skilled players who know how to use the killer, a good or ideal perk loadout and say average addons? That’s a good debate... but obviously these three are high tier.

I think they could decrease his max tokens to 2 and he'd be pretty balanced. He's pretty S tier with good add-ons in my opinion.

he went from D tier, C with nemesis and pwyf to B tier, maybe bottom A tier.
