PC - Previous Tomes lore unavailable

I play on Steam.
I wanted to read the Tome III lore as I hadn't done it yet, so I went into the Compendium and verified Tome III only to see it shows the lore entries from Tome IV (previous Tomes have the same issue).
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the game
- Head to The Archives
- Go into Compendium
- Click on Tome III
- Click on Lore

I'm also experiencing this. It's not possible to view Tomes 1-3's Collection/Lore/Stories. It will always show Tome 4. On PC as well, Steam version.

I did not think of restarting my game. Few hours passed since I tried to read the lore and it didn't show the proper entries. Now, a few hours down the line, having restarted everything, the correct lore entries are shown in the Compendium.
