Too many medkits, they are clearly overused
Ever since the slight nerf to toolboxes, I have in my lobbies on average 2 to 3 medkits with nearly best addons. These are a great time-saver for survivors when you play killer 'normally' and not tunnel, etc.
Something small has to be done, so survivors don't get 1 or 2 free heals just by bringing an item.
Maybe limit number of specific item type in lobby? What do you think? Or reduce charges or moderately slow healing speed with medkit

no, medkits are fine

You could Run: Coulrophobia, Franklin’s Demise, Overwhelming presence...
Medkits don’t need anymore nerfs.

First it was toolboxes, now medkits. No. Let the survivors have something christ.

Medkits are fine. Technically speaking, its the only item not called "toxic" in this game by the community.
Do you prefer toolboxes, keys, flashlights or maps? I really prefer medkits. That means they lose some of their time to heal themselves and make the chases funnier.
^ This.

I think... after nerfing medkit addons, after rendering toolboxes almost useless, after having useless flashlights as soon as more than one survivor uses it because the killer can see the items brought and use a broken perk, before the keys become useless, and when we're still waiting for the Moris to end: that's definitely a no.

I've heard green keys are the pinnacle of balance. /s
Ontopic:
Medkits are fine.

Items are the survivors version of add-ons, they aren't free any more than particular wraith or doctor add-ons are. Medkits are a fine enough way to maybe heal yourself once or twice if you dont want to run a perk for healing and don't want to rely on finding other survivors.

Please tell me this is a bait

Oh yeah green keys are great, especially when you find em fresh out of a chest! /s

It's about the only thing left that's useful.

You see a lot of medkits because they're probably the only survivor item most people would consider almost universally useful (the almost because plague, lol). Meanwhile flashlights are sorta common too because they're fun and satisfying to use.
Unless someone has some sort of specific goal in mind that makes them bring a toolbox, map or key, they'll probably bring a medkit, flashlight or nothing.
