What's with devs and turning Wraith and Hag into plants

Both Wraith and Hags hallowed blight basically turns them into trees. Heck Wraith has like 2 skins based around turning him into a plant! Haggu has her spore skin and snake charmer says that moss is growing on her weapon hand?

Is is cuz they both kind of have an affiliation with the Swamp? (Hag was turned there and I think Wraith was on the lam there?)

    I mean kind of? His "hair" has always been like kinda twiggy/branchy, but his body seemed fairly normal, if not a tad lanky. Cabbage hag was a neat OG shop skin, but now it's like: Can they be something other than plant people lol?

    Trapper has a similar problem in that they don't seem to want to design a skin for him where he's not wearing coveralls.

    Most of old killers designs are weird tbh. I mean their skins specifically. Trapper, Wraith, Hillbilly, Hag. All of them seems they dont have human skin. But i guess as you said they maybe just trees after all.

    As long as my boy Phil gets more shoes to add to his wardrobe then all's well in the world. No one deserves to be forced to go barefoot :\ especially kicking generators and pallets and the like.


    Also those boots he wears on the new skin are metal af.
