Minotaur Oni visual bug?

Description of the issue: Oni's third person model seems to be different from his first person model. If you look at the skin you can see that he has a lot of hair on both of his arms and has huge bracelets, however, whenever you are playing him you are unable to see both of these things and his arms are completely clean. You can see it best whenever you are preforming a Demon Dash
Steps to reproduce: Play Oni with the Minotaur skin selected
How often does this occur: Every single time
