Matchmaking as a new killer!
So I'm rank 17 as a killer and I got matchmaked against a rank 8, 5, 2 and 10 survivors and it was quite frustrating because I want to give the game a chance. The match only lasted about 6-10 minutes because they rushed all the gens, anyone got any tips.

Play a few more matches. Eventually, your MMR will get closer to survivors of your skill level.

MMR System is brand new, so it most likely is checking where you belong. In CS Go for example it needed 10 games so the system had a vage guess how good you are as a player. I assume it will take at least the same, probably more games because its new to rank you correctly. This is just my assumption, but i bet its just like i said.

Oh and also keep in mind, every killer has its own MMR.

When you let high ranks into low ranked new player matches all it does is simply alienate any new player base and potential future new revenue streams which in turn cuts off funding for any new content which disincentives old players to remain and new players to bolster the lobby queue times.
Pretty soon all we have left is an empty lobby simulator with the handful of dinosaurs the devs pandered to opening the lobby to low ranks so high ranks can have short wait times and easy matches vs inexperienced players.
Not too smart. No foresight.
