My plan to drop DS and DH
So I hate relying on these perks and I think I am going to play perkless again. But Every time I drop these perks I need them, like getting tunneled can be so bad sometimes, but I also get tired of using these perks. Dead hard is really useful and is usually easy to counter, but it makes me rely on that with loops and the same with vault speed build and then DS well im going to drop that because I feel like there is a better build but if I get tunneled ill put it back on. So mainly I want a good build from the forums. I want to be able to focus on looping on living. So I want insight from survivors who've been playing a long time because I only have 800 hours or more so I don't have much experience with testing new perks and their synergies so can I get some help?

I like running self care botany resilience and an exchangeable 4th perk and 99 my heals. It makes it really easy to have a run against a killer who’s thinking they’re gonna have an easy down.

Keep at the peerless grind or have something useless like sole survivor to trick the killer into thinking you have ds

Usually my build is Balanced Landing, to turn nothing into something, Spinechill to get the early run and for vault speed, Iron Will so I can stay injured and make jukes, and Bond so I can no where to and where not to loop.
Despite me not having more hours than you in DBD, this to me is the best build you can use.

You could always try Q&Q and Dance With Me. Maybe throw in Spine Chill and Iron Will. Have kind of a ghost the killer build.

QnQ, head on, IW, kindred/bond/alert. Basically any good info perk on the fourth slot

My build is usually Self Care, Botany, Lithe, and Borrowed Time. I find when I have Decisive Strike/Unbreakable they only seem to get used once every ten games or so for me. Though usually the very next game I take it off I need it...but that's just how it goes. So I just prefer my consistent build.

You run what you like. I love DH and BT. I love being able to run a killer for ages and unhook a survivor who is being face camped by a new Bubba so they get away while I take the heat. It feels great knowing you're the reason most everyone lived. DS is mandatory on Laurie. Without it, 90% of the time, you get tunneled either way xD

My build that I do really well with in solo is
Lithe
Kindred
Spine Chill
And either BT or Self Care
Gives me a run or make a save when I need to but plenty of information to work on objectives and evade.

Komodo like I said just run stuff that doesnt give you something to fall.back on like dh and vault speed build. DS is fine as it doesnt give you any advantage in loops.

I run spine chill, unbreakable, lithe, DS. I wanna drop DS for resilience but I need to get it on my main to t3 first and I've been spending on killers lol
The build is nice because you're quiet, and with resilience faster while injured. Spine chill + resilience vaulting Is always pretty nice
And spine chill not only is a great perk for helping you get away and hide early from a gen when the killer is coming but also the single handed best perk to counter stealth killers

My solo
Dark sense - 6 aura visions including a decent late game one
Plunderers - to get frequent pink keys/maps, even get a key after the hatch is closed 🤣
Iron will - for stealth and to counter that icy b***h
Alert - for lots more aura giveaways

I basically only play solo Survivor, and I honestly haven't been using DS for the past couple months whatsoever! I just worked at getting better at looping and playing smart, and haven't really been tunnelled whatsoever. I do love using Dead Hard, though.
My typical build consists of Dead Hard, Kindred (mandatory!), Self-Care/Pharmacy and whatever you like for your fourth perk. I myself like to take Botany Knowledge if I'm using Self-Care, and Lightweight is a favorite of mine. Iron Will is always a solid pick as well!
While that is my typical build, I also like to play with fun builds often, with good results. It just comes down to how good you are at the game, because even a perkless Survivor can succeed!

I usually don't rely on perks to help me in chases anymore. The only thing I have that helps is spine chill. If you want to develop your skills without relying too much on exhaustion perks, here are the two builds I usually use in solo:
Bond/Kindred/Open Handed/Spine Chill:
The main thing that makes solo much weaker than SWF is the lack of information, so to make up for that you may want to use a build that gives you information. And boy, does this build give you information.
Kindred is the standard solo perk. When someone else is hooked, you can tell what's going on. When you're hooked, the other survivors know what's going on.
Bond is really helpful for solo. You can find other survivors to do gens with or heal you. If you're getting chased, you can avoid interrupting someone's gen. If someone else is getting chased within your bond range, you get a better idea of where the killer is.
Open Handed buffs the previous two perks, meaning you can see the killer up to 24m away from a hooked survivor, which is actually really good. Keep in mind that this perk also buffs your teammates if they are using aura perks themselves.
Spine Chill is one of my favorite perks. It counters stealth killers and spirit, and just gives you good information about what the killer is doing in general. The tiny vault speed boost is nice too.
Autodidact/Empathy/Inner Strength/Spine Chill:
This is what I call the "Anti-Anti-Heal Build". Autodidact allows you to get fast heals that completely ignore heal-slowing effects like sloppy butcher once you get stacks. Empathy helps you find survivors (or see where the killer is if an injured survivor is being chased), and Spine Chill helps you get stacks. Inner Strength is for healing yourself while ignoring sloppy butcher/nurse's calling/etc. I don't use this one that often, but it's fun to use if you feel like being the team's medic.

I always run Plunders Instinct with Ace In The Hole just because it's really fun to see what you can find. Even in some matches I find keys which I just use later in the match for an easy escape.

Most of the time I use wglf+bt for farming. IS for healing and an exhaustion perk. Could be DH, SB or Lithe. I dont like BL because every time I equip it I think the game sends me to shelter woods on purpose.

quick and quiet head on is always a fun combo, and you definitely cant rely on it since it can be easily countered

You shouldnt have a problem running with perks that help you survive. Hell. I run Sprint Burst, Self Care, Stake Out, and Adrenaline. Helps me out in dire situations a lot and I can finish gens quick. It works for my play style. Do you. No use complaining if you win

I use sprint burst, repressed alliance, windows of opportunity and a random 4th perk (calm spirit, empathy, deja vu etc).

I love DS and DH. But I hate running them because I don't want to look like a sweaty meta slave.

I play with only OoO equipped and turn off my speakers

if you really wanna have fun, just run WGLF. Makes toy see how challenging the game cna get if you are just trying to protect people

I dropped DS a while ago. I only equip DH when i'm really tired and my reactions are equal to a stoned turtle.
I usually use "Bond", " Autodidact", "Spine Chill" and "Lithe". It's not the strongest build for sure, but i'm addicted to stacks.

Same hours as you: bond, self-care, lithe, DS.
I like DS on solo que just because it helps when teammates farm me. Which isn’t often but it’s often enough that I don’t enjoy the game when it happens. Also Freddy and spirit.
