"you don't know what you have until it's gone" - PLEASE revert MMR change
Everyone, myself included, know that ranks are more or less meaningless (most of the time at least.) Yet now that we have "MMR" it's clear that ranks were a much better alternative.
I main Huntress, in games as her, I get matched with people of equal skill (usually) but if I play any other killer, I get a 10+min Queue to play a 4 minute stomp-fest vs. 4 rank 20s, HOW IS THAT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE?? Even if I had never played Nurse in my life and decided to now play her for the first time ever, I still have my game knowledge to rely on, the people I'm being matched against have played for 5minutes according to steam and its any wonder my matches last for less that 1 full gen's worth of time.
At least before I got matched with other Reds which at least gives me a chance for a fun and interesting game, but because I didn't play Freddy for a week, the game decides to match me against new people who are now going to quit because they think this is how the game is.

FYI The mods said this afternoon that the devs are currently working on the matchmaking issue. No details yet.

The following pics are all from games today, some I have played a bit for MMR, some first game ever or in a long time, something is seriously wrong or simply not working with MMR. Note how some are more reasonable-ish whilst the Ghostface game, by BHVR's report, should be a low rank game, yet its not.
Ghostface- First time playing in about a year-note the offering and meh perks.
Legion- 4th or 5th game since MMR release
Hag-Literal first game as her since I got her originally for Ruin, only played as her for this test.
Nurse- 2nd or third game since MMR Release.

I have played 5 games tonight.
All 5 were with <5 rank killers and the survivors were all over rank 15. I started halfway into rank 11.
I died every single game. Every single game we got 1 gen done. One. Everyone dead. One DC. People gave up.
It is NOT fun to be randomly matched with new players and really experienced killers. I'd like to play against similarly experienced killers and with survivors that won't give up because they got hooked and won't DC because they get hit, and they actually attempt to do something to help the group survive instead of running around not doing anything.
It is NOT fun to lose your offerings, items and addons, all because you HOPE you get a team that will do something but they don't.
I just paid for the DLC's because I liked the game that much. Since this new matchmaking system came out... I really regret paying that amount. I really honestly am considering asking Steam for a refund and kissing this game goodbye.
I won't play again until the MMR is fixed. This is utter crap and the devs know it.
"Don't compare yourself to survivor ranks!" <--- That line right there is crap. YES compare your ranks! You don't get to red rank by being stupid and hiding in lockers while the killer is chasing you. You don't get to red rank by not learning to do skillchecks. You don't get to red rank by not doing generators. Likewise as a killer, you don't get to red rank without learning to hunt survivors while they are gen-rushing. You don't get to red rank by letting survivors escape.
It isn't fun anymore. I really do not like this game anymore. In fact... I am really starting to hate it. It. Is. Not. Fun. Anymore.
