About the new "Self-Unhook" animation
I understand that you want to improve the game and make it more clear and visualy more complete. But that animation is far from getting the job done. Instead of the old "Im going to unhook myself" now there is this "Im going to jiggle like a jelly on the hook". It looks so weird like really weird. I also understand there are other more relevants things to change right now, but this is another unwanted change that doesnt do any favor for this patch.

Are you talking about the animation when you succesfully self-unhook? Did that get changed?
(cause i just played a match and didn't see a diffrence to the "self-unhooking" animation)

When you attempt and fail at it the character will "jiggle" around

My guess is it was changed to try and make it more obvious attempting to unhook makes you die faster if you fail.

I also think thats the reason, but I dont think this particular animation helps at that because of how it looks

It looks pretty bad. Like a nun trying to jerk a dog bad.

The new animation makes me laugh every time. I think they were going for a more brutal animation but it just...didn’t work...at all
