Killer Idea, The Puppeteer

So, I've got another killer cooking in my brain. I'm thinking kind of like a ghostly old lady, named:

The Puppeteer

Basically, It's the ghost of an old lady with a puppet on strings in her left hand, and a small knife in the other. This lady's full on ghost, so no legs, just floating in the air, like Nurse. Aslo, for some reason I imagine she's pretty tiny, like half of Legions height or whatevs.

So, the idea.

Speed at 110%, will vary, I'll get to that in a minute.

A small terror radius, at 24m.

The power is of course connected to the puppet shes holding, which will work like this

When you first start the game, you have a speed of 110% and won't have any specific power. But when you injure one survivor, they'll become your "puppet", and the fun begins. Your speed will increase to 115%, and I'm thinkin the skin of the survivor you injured will become the puppet on your hand, but daz just like detail. Anyway, when a survivor becomes your puppet, their Repair speed, Healing speed, and Exit opening speed are reduced by 75%, basically disabling that player from doing anything. The player will also be affected by the Exposed effect after 90 seconds. Now here's the kicker.

That survivor can pass on the Puppet curse by interacting with another player, either through things like healing, or a unique animation. By doing this, you move the curse to another player, and if you had the exposed effect on you, it is removed. This basically turns the everything into a game of Hot Potato, with players needing to exchange the curse to not be completely screwed, while none actually want to be cursed. You also cant return the curse to the person you got it from, for extra F you potential.

Now this would be all well and dandy, but doesnt really make for that fun of a killer experience, ey? So I also thought one could add a stalking function for the killer. With this I mean that the Puppeteer can stalk survivors, and when they are fully stalked (Think Ghostface), the curse is transferred to them, and they become oblivious for 120 seconds.

So, that's about it for the Power, which I must admit, is a mouthful. Now, perks.

Become my eyes:

You become obsessed with one survivor. After the obsession is saved from the hook, the obsession will share their aura abilities with you (for example, if they have empathy, you can also see injured survivors) for 20/40/60 seconds. This ability has a cooldown of 120/90/60 seconds

"The way she was looking at me... I could feel the monster in her stare.."

-Terrified survivor

Dance, Monkey, Dance:

When an injured survivor Vaults a window, they become exhausted. This ability has a cooldown of 180/120/80 seconds

"I got nothing" -Me, thinking about quotes

No strings Attached:

If a survivor manages to struggle free, the Exposed effect is applied to the for 20/30/40

"I had strings, but now I'm free, there are no strings on me" -Ultron

Now, after these puppet pun perks (alliteration ftw), I'm thinking some addons are due.

Now, most brown and yellow addons are simple, maybe they'll shorten the time until survivors get exposed from the Puppet curse, or how quickly you stalk survivors. Maybe some extra afflictions can be added to the power, like blind, hemmorage or whatevs. The purple ones can give some spicy power boosts, like making the Cursed constantly exhausted, or make it so the Cursed have an ever so slight Hindered effect. Heck, one might just be that they start with one already cursed.

Now, the pink addons.

The first, I think obvious. It would make it so 2 suvirvors can be afflicted with the curse instead of one. Now, for this to not be complete bullshit, let's say the Curse debuff now only gives you a 35% to Repair, Healing and Exit speeds.

The other could be that everytime you down the Cursed, the Curse is transferred to the closest survivor. Either that, or you can see the auras of other survivors after you down the Cursed.

Now, that's the general idea. I think this killer is more about Map control, so let's say it so.

If it had a description, here's what I think it would be.

"A controlling killer, the Puppeteer uses a terrible curse to debuff and expose a survivor, forcing them to endanger others to be free of it. Her perks focus on single survivors, removing their options and closing the gap toward the inevitable."

So, yeah, there ya go, the Puppeteer.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

I love the idea behind the killer, solid work! However the perk "No Strings Attached" doesn't make sense to me. If an injured survivor becomes exposed, what is the benefit of that? A suggestion, maybe make all survivors within her terror radius exposed? Just a suggestion. But great work so far!

Woah, that would actually be awesome O_O.

@Munkey_Mush_1000 it's because then you can pass the exposed status to healthy survivor. (Which is kinda D move)
