I want to know everyone's opinions about what side is more challenging.

Survivor

Or

Killer?

Survivor. With killer I got from rank 17-5 in a few days. Easy double pips, no tunnels, no camps. Survivor it took me an extremely long time to reach rank 3. Like honestly over a year. Whenever I want an easy laid back game, I play killer. Survivor is much more fun though, minus the times when killers camp and tunnel (which is honestly way too common)

    Killer passed rank 10

Solo survivor is really tough. SWF is really easy. I'd put playing killer right in the middle.

Killer, when you go against good survivors the can easily counter you, when survivors have the upper edge and more awareness with a 3rd person view.

I dont like survivor simply because i hate qte's. So for me they are much more challenging

I find Killer and Survivor equally challenging for different reasons. In an asymmetrical game it is impossible to say which is more challenging because of all the variables involved and because at any one time one side would be more challenging then the other and vice versa.

Also generalizations are extremely dangerous in that they are as a general rule 😋 never 100% correct so I couldn't possibly say either way.

Killer is more challenging for me because I get so damn tilted so quickly skfjdkf. I would argue that it's easier to play killer until you reach rank ~10 though, after that playing survivor becomes easier.

Imo, the lower the rank, the more difficult it is to do well as Survivor. Your teammates can be...not good, you can get facecamped and tunneled ect ect.

At higher Ranks, Killer. On console (where I play) it is almost always SWF. Very few people play Solo, so it is difficult to do well if you find a team that has half a brain.

Solo Survivor at high ranks can be brutal too, so it really just depends tbh.

It depends on what you define as a successful game?

For me, 2 survivors escaping (even if I have to die for it to happen) is quite successful in my opinion, and that isn't difficult (especially with the new matchmaking system).

In general, neither side is overly challenging (on average). But sometimes you will get challenging games. That applies for both sides.

Basically, I have no idea what my answer is! 🤣

It really depends on if you mean easier to play or easier to win. Survivor imo is easier to play, but I also think its harder to win (with the exception of SWF) mainly because you have to rely on you teamates which for whatever reason always seem to be mentally challenged.

Killer is more challenging. Survivor is more about getting lucky with teammates. If you get potatoes yeah its gonna be a pain. If you don't it's pretty easy unless you're facing a Spirit or something.

    Define challanging please.

If its about pips, Killer is more challanging.

Learning a role? Survivor is harder as a new player.

Mastering a role? Both pretty equal.

Some killer are harder to play then other killer.

Some killer are harder to learn then other killer.

For some killer its harder to win then for other killer.

Some maps are harder for survivor then for killer and some maps are harder for killer then for survivor.

Is it solo survivor or SWF?

It is literally impossible to answer this question in a satisfying way.
