Stop the filler Rift charms

Tl:dr stop filling the premium track with annoying filler/clutter charms and actually give us some more Unique charms each Rift for example Dolls, perk charm etc.
We are on our 4th Rift at this moment.
Keep in mind I'm only talking about a specific set of charms here. I don't have a problem with the nice little niche unique charms that might be low rarity like the triple moon or marshmallows on stick
We have currently head 7 survivors and 7 Killers so far being the tomes and the Rift.
Now each Rift we seem to have I like to call featured characters these are the characters with the purple cosmetics.
With each of these featured characters we get 5 identical charms each. 5 depicting the specific killer's face and 5 depicting something relating to that specific Survivor
So far we have.
5 Trapper's faces
5 Bonsai Trees ( spirit)
5 Huntress' Faces
5 Wraith's Faces
For Killers
___________
5 Two leaves (Claudette)
5 Lions (David)
5 Music note pics (Kate)
5 First place medals (Meg)
For survivors

Now I get what scaling of each of the charms are meant to be. The standard charm > bronze variant > silver variant > gold variant >iridescent variant.
Yes devs very clever doesn't change the fact that it's annoying clutter. Honestly you don't need more than 2 variants
By themselves annoying but not a problem when combined and you realise that these take up 10 slots each Rift usually in the premium track.
Also it leaves those who complete the Rift with 40 unnecessary repeat charms cluttering up their charm loadout ( 20 for survivor 20 for killer) and if this trend continues that number is only going to go up each Rift
At this stage it's downright obnoxious to look for specific charms that aren't rare, very rare or ultra rare.
Now the problem is there are actual charms that you can reasonably put on the Rift to avoid having this annoying clutter.
Out of the 14 characters we've had in the Tomes we've got 7 of them as dolls.
Tome 1- Dolls are Trapper and Claudette
Tome 2- Dolls are Spirit and David
Tome 3- Doll is Kate ( no I'm not counting that terrible rabbit doll for huntress especially considering the game doesn't even count it)
Tomes 4 Dolls are Wraith and Meg
So instead of having these annoying cut a charms how about make it so every tome character gets their own doll.
Because so far.
Jane
Doctor
Dwight
Legion ( didn't even have to be Julie specific it could have featured all of them as a group and killed 4 birds with one stone)
Huntress ( still not including the terrible bunny doll the game itself considers it killer memorabilia not a horrible doll)
Ace
Hag
All don't have dolls.
So do all the people who like and main these characters have to go suck a lemon until they appear on archives again.
Honestly it's too late to go and redo the rifts that have been already completed and done but starting with Tome 5 onwards could you please try to stop with the identical palette swap charms.
Add some of the dolls you've missed out on, hell add-on charms,some perk based charms, killer weapon or survivor item charms just something besides 5 of x killer's face being shoved down my throat.
I love Feng Min she's my favourite survivor but for the love of god I do not want 5 controller charms with a palette swap shoved in my face ( provided she's the featured character which I hope she is)

They can't afford to make a few more art assets for the thing they're charging you money for! That would be craaazy!

they need somehow to fill those tiers. Even with worthless skins like trapper or nurse brown skins reskins...

I like how they clearly ran out of ideas even before the first battlepass release.
It had a charm that is a purple arcade cabinet. Why is it purple? Why an arcade cabinet? It would have been so easy to make it not look completely awful by just adding a different texture for the screen, or change the "body" of the cabinet to have stickers or graffiti or something on it. But nah, giant purple blob it is.
"You unlocked 1 new reward!" You click it. You see it's another ugly charm that no one will ever use or remember that it even exists. But the next level has a cosmetic! And it costs only 100 Auric Cells to unlock it immediately!
That's the reason the charms exist, like you said. It's manipulative and designed to be as scummy as possible to get people to spend money.

I'd take more cosmetic recolours, which i'm not a huge fan of, over 5 versions of the same charm. It's obnoxious.

Yeah, if you keep supporting the same stuff, they will keep it about the same. They dont need to be more creative than it is necessary to satisfy customers.

As I said for the most part I don't have a problem with the charms themselves it's the fact that 10 slots especially of the premium Rift are essentially wasted on these charms that nobody is going to use.
If you want to shrunk it full charms at least give us something unique or something that we want

I dont mind the filler... I mind the empty spaces in the free track. Is it so hard to put in a few bloodpoints or shards for everyone to enjoy?

You're not supposed to enjoy the free track. You're supposed to get frustrated and spend money.

Suggestion:
Plain charms in the free tiers, charms that do something to the game in the premium

Can you please explain what you mean by that? Animated charms? Or charms that actually have an effect on the game?

Ironically, the charms who gets recolors usually are the most ugly ones.

Charms that give actual boost to abilities. There's several 'bloat' perks out there that increase aura reading or tell you when someone's working on a totem. this kind of thing could be covered with a charm, making gameplay more interesting too. of course that would mean some active charms in the store and SoS and unlockable through playing too.
Like, you could get an aura improving charm if you managed to escape a number of matches without running any aura perks yourself.

They need the filler to justify the grind to get you to pay to bypass it. It's pretty simple and often replicated:
1.) Create problem
2.) Provide solution
3.) Profit!!
EDIT: If charms actually did something they might be worth more. Thinking BP % gains for one. The grind is out of control here.

Honestly one of the only reasons I got this rift was because of these wraith face varient charms. I just really like having a charm of the killer I main that I can have three of on the hook.

My problem is that I just wish it wasn't filler.
Add dolls for the characters who haven't got them yet but have been in the tomes so people who like those characters don't have to wait for them to reappear after that make sure when you're doing the tomes you give everybody in it their own doll from now on.
That's two slots out of the unnecessary 10 filler taken up. Add some perks charms or something that just isn't the same charms just with colour swaps
With a little bit of effort that's already slots filled up but with actual value.
If they want a padded out with charms I'm fine with that but I wouldn't much prefer if the charms would actually have some worth

That's actually really adorable of you LOL, I wouldn't even be mad if I got tunneled by a Wraith who had 3 charms of his own face on his hook. He just wants you to look at him bro!
Anyways, on the main topic- I'm not going to complain about charms being filler in a pass that already has great value, EXCEPT that I would literally prefer for the pass to be 50 levels instead of 70 (while taking more shards to level up) and just have that filler taken out. I don't enjoy having to scroll through multiple pages of charms that I don't care about. I'd be just fine with the other content, a longer grind to get to the next level (so you don't rip through the pass too fast in relation to how many levels there are), and no more filler garbage.
Plenty of the charms are cute, we just don't need 4 or 5 variations of a charm that was mix at best to begin with.

I will say this.
You can blame everyone who purchases the Rift and Rift tiers.
The devs/company will never change the system if it continues to sell and the people who choose to support the battlepass of a paid game with paid dlc continue to pour money into a company more interested in selling you shiny things than making a good game experience.

Well they're not really selling me new shiny things. That would consist of dolls for each character, all unique charms and All That Jazz
They're selling me a rock then a slightly darker rock as I sigh in dread and horror because I could see the three other progressively darker rocks in their hands.
But that aside it is nice to have you comment. I do quite enjoy hearing your opinions even though it is contentious most of the time.

They can just replace these "fillers" with Bloodpoints or Iridescent Shards

Honestly I don't personally think they should replace the filler typically because a lot of these filler things are in the premium track.
They're going to put iridescent shards or bloodpoints in definitely should be in the free track the amount of blank space there is ridiculous.
(yes I know the blank space of the free track is to entice you into to getting the premium track where everything is filled but still some iridescent shards or bloodpoints mixed into those free slots won't hurt)

There are really nice looking uncommon and common charms specifically why I made a point of saying that I'm perfectly fine with them it's just a shame that usually get buried or are massive pain to find

I dont see the appeal of charms, outside of killers using them to display their progress in rifts, it makes no sense as to why anyone would even care about them.
