Is smacking pallets still the universal killer sign for yo wanna farm?
I ask because a killer was slugging and picking a guy up alot and I thought they was teaming turns out he was trying to farm

I don't farm myself, but I see alot of killers smacking pallets to signal they wanna farm, and survivors generally follow along very quickly.
Some killers use it to gain the survivors' trust to NOED-Bloodwarden at the end, but thats a different story.

When I’m trying to show survivors I’m being friendly that’s what I’ll do. Or I’ll hit in the direction of a generator and keep nodding at them. It can sometimes be a trap though. I’ve had plenty of farming killers who ended up killing me and they just tricked me into a false sense of security. So I’m always a little on edge now as you just never know. 😂

That or smacking gens. Although I trust that less because I'm scared they're going to grab me off the gen. Although I usually let them anyway because I know grabs were bugged for a while and it was hard to get those challenges done.

It's a pretty common one along with smacking gens. If they don't get it and you insist, down one of them and carry them to a gen, hit the gen and let them wiggle.
If they still don't get it, it's time to give up 😄

Umm.. I can't say, I can relate to that.
Regardless of what you, as a survivor do, I'll get to my objective. Naturally, some free Hatch escapes are a must, if I see the survivors struggling a lot, or if a challenge I need to do is in progress.

For Killers yes, for survivors it's the double crouch or the offering up of your item. Since bloodpoints are the life and blood of DBD, I'm always up for a good farm!

Yea. but i only really do it if im up against babies

I knew gens, but not pallets.
Not that I ever farm. I might do a little bit of it, if people DC on me, but that's so that the other survivors aren't punished for their salt.

Cool o tend to let last one go during those moments of a DC if 2 DC it depends of the survivors are being nice

Imo farming is a big waste of time because if you play normally, you already get a decent amount of bps.
Also, there's a 32k base bloodpoint cap, and if you played normally, you get like...24k or so?
I don't think it's worth my time for just 10k more.

Pretty much.
Always keep in mind it's also a way to trick you.

Still are bugged. Had a couple bugged grabs sunday.

...is that why survivors sometimes just stand there and put their item on the ground?
I'm never going to farm so that sucks to be you survivor if that's supposed to be the "Let's Farm" sign but that would actually finally explain why survivors do that sometimes.

Yep. The first time I saw that in one of my killer matches I had no idea what they were attempting to do so I just downed them and hooked them.😄 But once it was explained to me, I now tend to be on the lookout for that more often.
