why does ace has grey beard with his brown hair ?
it looks weird , either remove it or just colour it brown to make him look young

Trying to use hair dye on a beard is tougher than it seems. Especially when it's shorter. That's probably the reason.

I’ve seen that happen to my uncle, literally the exact same situation.

I'm 37, my hair has no noticeable grey in it (one or two hairs if you look super closely), but by beard is getting very grey in places. My boss is ten years older (ish), has no grey at all in his beard but some on his head.

Beard shows age before the head.

i get what you guys are saying , but the cosmetics are supposed to be like in the cinematics , and in ace's cinematic , he was nicely shaved , i really wanted to play as young ace :(

Because hair and beard colour do not necessarily match.

I don't necessarily think he is young in the cutscene
