Hello ,

My name is StreetShAdowZz and i look for help because i up my claudette to prestige 2 before the rank reset

and i connect today for playing when i saw my claudette prestige 1 lvl 27 and not prestige 2

i also up my hill billy to lvl 40 and now he is lvl 8 , i don't know why but i loose over 40 hours of plays

so i need help plz devs ! i lost my prestige on claudette and lost my 40 lvl on hill billy and like 23 , 24 lvl of player

im sorry for my bad english because im french and im bad at english
