Memento ebony
Hello guys. Id like to ask you to change memento to kill only on third Hook, cause its Very difficult when you play as survive and you re not on swf. The killer has so much advantage. Please considering this and see the keys rules too about survive.

Although personally third hook is a bit far, Moris are in need of a nerf.
Personally I want them changed to once every survivor has been hooked once.

Cheers, theres no any sense what you talking about. One Hook? Jajá. If you get survive randons you Win in 5 minutes. You have to considerat both teams, the balanced, not only for the killer. Its clear that when killer gets randon survive he has so much advantage. With memento one Hook? Kkkkk theres no sense, dont look only for the killers.

This is a bad idea..I have no idea why people flock to it..its so wasteful

Personally, I disagree. I think the Mori is about the only reliable counter to SWF currently. I don't think they need any change at all.

It must be because you dont play as survive. Or If you play u play as swf.

Ok, to swf i agree. But when you dont play as swf survive only randons. The killers gets so more advantage. I dont play as swf.

Or perhaps I play both sides and I think moris can be an actual part of the game and still be fair with a more thought out change

Sure the thought out change has to START with SWF as the rise of us choosing to Mori (it was never our go to choice) is in direct relation to having to slow down the perfect COMMS and speeding up Gen-Rush. The problem is NOT the Mori. That has been around forever. The problem is the increasing commonality of SWF and the 5th Perk it provides (Comms).

Mori is not ok on second hoof when killers play with RANDON survive. If the killers tunnel he wins in 5 minutes. Theres no sense .

Eh.mi usually just use them to punish key users

Didn't say the current mori was fine but neither is it fine to just be an offering that loses you points just to kill someone who's already dead..its redundant

its a JOKE?
then the ebony mori would be a waste to the killer

I prefer Key users over SWF. I can push a Key user into getting out and that too will slow down the Gens. The "threat" of Mori is the only effective tool applying real pressure to SWF. Without the fear of death after 1st Hook, none of them is scared in the least of being hooked. In fact, they spread out fast and wide with their Seal Team-6 Comms fully intending to pop 2-3 gen in the first 2 minutes or so. They want maximum board coverage to ID and locate the Killer. The idea is to encounter and get that intelligence and assure the other three get the time they need to pop Gens.
A Mori makes all of them more circumspect. That is why it is being used more often now, to put some pressure back on them. That is also why they all want the Mori Nerfed, as it conflicts with the grind math they have worked out.

It could have like a cooldown before you can do a mori, after 5/10 minutes of the match, you can mori any survivor that was hooked.

Again, that delay you want to artificially put in is just another GIFT to SWF. The Mori helps put pressure on them and slows the Gen-Rush because they don't want to get hooked even once. It means you can push them off Gens. Locking the Mori so it can't be used until after it no longer serves any Gen Pressure makes it pointless. The REASON more people are bringing the Mori is because of the PROBLEM with SWF. The Mori has been around forever. The issue is SWF. Fix that, and the Mori will drop back to its normal usage.

Against a non-swf team it just destroys the match entirely if you just tunnel after first hook at almost the beggining of the match, even most swf teams don't play to sweaty, i get your point, i see it multiple times, it's annoying but the current mori system penalizes more solos than swf.

For some reason my comment wasn't posted, i get your point, but it's mostly solos that get ######### by the mori than swf.

Not in my games. I bring the Mori to every game I can. I only use it when I run into SWF. It wastes my offering slot, but I can't really afford NOT to have the option. I don't have any need for a Mori in a normal game because 2+ Gens don't pop in the first 2 minutes. And when I don't NEED it I don't use it. I get more points from the Hooks.

I feel like this is obvious to me, but not easy to recognize when you play survivor.
To me, Moris are indeed balanced.
Just because for one tiny little thing: you can kill on first hook, which means, you'll get an incredibly low score.
That's the trade off. You can kill fast, at the exchange of earning less points (which btw is not worth it if you are a high level killer, because you play for reaching peak performance, not a 4k).
Moris, just like keys, are there for occasional fun.
Are you tired of an unlucky losing streak? Just throw in a mori/key and cheer up again. In your next games, if your mood is up again, you'll likely not use moris/keys again.
Just think of the frequency you see these type of offerings. I've had days where I literally didn't see a single key. Some days I see 1..sometimes.
These offerings are really not a big deal.

Im trying to read that and had a stroke

No, it's because an ebony would be 7k BP that is spent exclusively for a cinematic that may or may not even be seen. Red and Green Moris do need to get nerfed, but this just isn't the way to do it. Better ways exist, particularly after everybody gets hooked once.
