Unable To Opt Out Of Cross-Platform?

The reason why I say that is because your screenshot that you provided is actually the settings in the killer lobby. Which is why the opt-out option is grayed out.
The options button in the main menu is what you wanna click to opt-out

Hey there! If anyone wants to Opt out of cross-platform play:
1) Be at main screen (before picking surv or killer)
2) Go to settings
3) Scroll to very bottom and click (Opt out)

You should be able to opt-out when you are in the main menu. If you are in a survivor or killer lobby the option is gonna be grayed out. If you cant opt-out in the main menu, try to restart and see if that fixes it.

Ahh yes.
Huh, i wasn't in a lobby as you can see from Clown's knife in the screenshot, so i guess a restart was in order.
