No you can’t.
even when cross Progression will get activated in September it won’t be possible since PS4 and Xbox One are not included.
this may change in the future and BHVR is negotiating with Sony and Microsoft

No, only between Steam, Windows Store, Switch and Stadia.
no Xbox or PS cross progression is confirmed and may never come (though the devs said they know it is wanted and they are trying)

Really hope they can get PS/Xbox saves in too. I want so bad to migrate to PC full time but I don't want to lose 3 years of progress. I just can't justify starting over without all the stuff I've earned and bought.

If the barrier to making this happen is Sony and Microsoft not getting paid for DLC and Auric Cells, there is a simple solution: Don't carry over the DLC and paid cosmetics.
