Pyrimid head cooldown?
Pyrimid head needs a cooldown between his two abilities survivors can't loop a pallet because he fakes and gets you because you don't throw down the pallet or you do throw it down and he hits u with is other ability no counter for survuvor.

It’s probably needed. Huntress has a cooldown when putting down her hatchet. Mimic that and I’d be okay with it. Executioner’s current cooldown only comes from missing his attack.

If you know that from pyramid gamers, then you should be able to predict it, a killer can't take a nerf because you make mistakes of forget to predict it and call the killer op

I won't disagree with you that he may or may not need a cooldown - but I have no issues pallet looping Pyramidheads. 90% of them fake almost constantly, and when they don't, their M2 is ridiculously easy to dodge.

Agreed. Same with Slinger. It doesn't need to be a long cooldown, but you shouldn't just be able to cheese whether you're using your power or not without some gameplay resistance.

There is nothing for the survivor to predict. Throw the pallet and take a hit or don't drop the pallet and take a hit. No mind game there. No mistakes by the survivor. The survivor is completely at the mercy of whether the killer screws up at a pallet. That's bad game design. And that's why he's not very fun to go against.

He has a cooldown for cancel too as the huntress

You know a good executioner will fake the first hit if he's close and will land the attack if he thinks the survivor will drop it, you can force him to land it by stopping for a little bit in the pallet and suddenly move to a side

I don't have much experience VSing Pyramid Head, but I've seen survivors able to dodge his m2 attack after dropping a pallet.

I think he’s fine, when he uses his power when ure running in a straight line u don’t need to “dodge” anything bc most of the time it’s a bait. If they really use their power u still have a bit of time to react and dodge, and if he misses then u have brought urself a bit more of time.
The only one who needs some kinda of cooldown, or something like it, is deathslinger imo, his quick shots are to fast to have any kind of reaction.

Exec can’t swing immediately (0.5 sec) but there’s no slowdown during the cooldown.

He already has one when he fakes (same with Huntress). Just look at him and the ground while at a loop. Be prepared to dodge if you see that he’s actually going to use the attack.

He goes at 92% speed while using the power until it's fully off/cancelled

that would pretty much make him guess what you do and if he guesses wrong hes not gonna get nothing
so basically survivors would be just as strong against pyramid as spirit is for survivors right now

A cooldown on Slinger isn't the answer. Cooldowns aren't always needed.
He just needs a bloom on his aim. Meaning, for a more accurate shot, the longer you need to aim down your sights.

If a killer power was ez countered then it wouldnt be a power would it?
He has no map pressure so that's why he is great at looping because he needs to end chases quick.

I agree, increase the cooldown on a fake slightly and then decrease the cooldown when he misses his ranged attack slightly. Make going for fancier ranged attacks more appealing and fun. As it is now the only time PHs use their ranged attack is when you’re animation locked because the penalty for missing is too punishing.

He seems fine, he lacks map pressure and makes up for it in Looping.

It’s compared to survivor sprint speed (4.00 m/s) so that is 77% for Huntress. I think that’d be a reasonable restart for Executioner.
