Suggestion: Offer a scalable sliding bonus to balance out queues.

Now, since yesterday with cross play, it's been absolutely awesome for me. It's the best thing that's happened to this game since I've played it. Killer queues went from ~15 minutes to 10 seconds, Survivor queues from instant to like 20 seconds. This is excellent.
However, I see some people complaining their queue times jumped a lot, I don't know how this is possible, since we're all supposed to be in the same pool now, but a flat % gain to all earn-able currencies to entice Flip Floppers doesn't seem like it would be hard to implement.
I'm thinking something like WvWvW Guild Wars 2 style stuff where the bigger the disparity the bigger the bonus for playing the other side. This could apply to BP/Shards/Rift XP gains/everything say 10%/15%/20% etc. It could update, say, every 15 minutes or like once an hour and have an indicator in game of what the bonuses are with estimated queue times for both sides.

But if they offer a bp bonus for playing a specific side, then most people will pick that side, and then the other side without a bp bonus will have horrible queue times

And then the bonus would slide back to the other side. That's the point. It's a ballast.

It wouldn't solve anything because it would take time for the "ballast" to adjust to the influx from wither side resulting in false positives. The queue times would still end up all over the place.

It would be better than staying with super long queues for one side until it balances it out from quitters, or never at all, which is what we currently have.

This is how killer was during the day before crossplay. PC NA EST.
