Cross play isn't bad
Everybody is making posts about how bad console players are or how bad pc players are and so on. Cross play isn't that bad. The pc players and console players have to learn to work together as we have been seperate for years and the game plays different on every single system. Everybody is "oh red ranks on such and such play like rank 20's". They already said rank means absolutely nothing beyond you play the game a lot more than a purple rank. I've played this game for years now And have been rank 1 both sides. My survivor rank is yellow because I've been maining killer since Oni came out. Let me tell you though, I'm not a good survivor and I'm really not a phenomenal killer either. I just play the game more than some others so I've reached red ranks while they haven't. I think you should all just try the cross play and try and learn how the game is played from each perspective or there's no chance of this game coming to a truly healthy balance. You can't fix the broken game without everybody attempting to contribute to the data that gets read.

I'm loving Crossplay so far. I just wish I could get cross-progression for PS4 so I could stop playing on Switch except occasionally.

Console killers have been noticeably worse than PC killers. But console survivors have been much more team-centered than Pc players by going for hook saves or always seeing one person sitting on a gen when I get hooked. Not too sure how good they are at looping yet though, but I suspect not the best, which counters the major improvement they've been bringing to the team aspect of the match. It sometimes makes for boring games (because easier) , but overall the games have been much more chill and enjoyable.

They need optimaze console fps first, than make cross-play

Uhm, ive played console for 3 years. The first PC Huntress I played was the best Huntess I have ever gone against.
Give console the ability to lock out PC NOW.
What kind of BS is this? I HAVE to play at a disadvantage or play with an even SMALLER playerbase than I already had?

My experience is very much the opposite. They need to optimize console before they do this crap.
As Killer
Console survivors have been potato. They think a 360 can work, they don't mind game well and they don't focus on gens. I have had to take my foot off the pedal on almost all my matches because I don't really care to destroy these groups...and they are red ranks?! Seriously.....
As survivor
The game is nearly not playable as a solo survivor. Most of the console killers are completely buggy in that they seem to yo-yo around and make it nearly impossible to time loops because they hit you through walls worse than ever before. I got hit by a hatchet from 30 meters out through a wall. I was not being chased, he just threw it and it hit me. I was like #########?! Don't even get me going on playing console Docs. They are pure nightmare. Every time they shock they seem to leap forward 3-5 meters. It's due to their frame rates. They are not optimized and PC is, so they are lagging all over the map and hitting through walls.
Add that to the stupid hill bug right now, where people get stuck at the bottom of a hill and you have a a major headache of a game.
There is no way I'll touch survivor unless I am in SWF now. As for killer....I'm finding it boring. They need to turn this crap off.

They don't need to lock out pc what they need to do is implement a hard cap on turn speed for pc players the same as console and deal with whatever backlash that causes. After that they need to fix the frame rate drop for killers who are playing on console and have cross play enabled ( thats the underlying reason all console killers have seemed awful to pc survivors ) and then they need to take all community feedback from all platforms playing together and implement patches that address issues all across the board and not one system at a time. Cross play is great for game health.

Always calling for the newest patch to be disabled is not how a game gets fixed. It's time to adapt and move forward and not live in the past of this game. The frame rates suck right now and they will eventually get better with fixes but completely giving up after literally one day isn't how positive change happens.
