Killer asserting dominance in cross play
Whats up with killers bringing iri add ons and ebony moris since cross play became active? Played 10 games today never once was a mori or black ward not used.
Ive seen more ebony mori in the last 2 days than I came up against for 2 months. Funny theyre never purple or red ranks.
We get it, killers on all platforms are great. Can we play the game normally now? Similar unfun games for the other survs here?

Every time I got a mori it was a console killer. Maybe the pcs are stressing them out? Was seeing them in solo and swf. Yuck.

in all seriousness I think it's just the PC players forcing console players to either sweat like mad or improve, and many seem to be taken the former option

PC killer here and I actually ratcheted back some of my builds since crossplay went live. On top of that my Pallet Freddy build, which is fun to run but not so hot against organized groups, is seeing better matches. (I linger anywhere between ranks 3 and 6).
Dominating some matches but I have noticed it isn't always a pushover after the 1st day. I would say it's refreshing. When console survivors start adapting more and more it'll get even more interesting.
And for anyone curious what my pallet Freddy build is... Perks are Enduring, Spirit Fury, Brutal Strength, Fire Up. Add-ons are swing chains or jump rope, and usually paint thinner.
If you want tracking use BBQ or whispers over fire up. I just use Fire Up for fun and already good enough with base tracking usually.

There’s nothing wrong with using moris or keys, if the devs didn’t want people using them they wouldn’t still be in the game. The only reason I don’t use moris quite as often is simply because I tend to get higher scores when I use a bloodpoint offering instead (since it's giving bonus points and I’m getting more hooks.) Also I like to save a few for when I occasionally get a mission that requires me to kill people.

Yup I do hava a ton of ebony moris myself on all killers. Just feels like people playing killers are unleashing hell on survs just for the welcome to cross play brags. Isnt this a good time to experience fresh gameplay vs survs on diff platforms (with quicker lobbies) instead of flexing Im a great killer-fear me?

Thats great I welcome build variation both killer and surv as a positive from cross play. Been ages since Ive faced pallet freddy and I do find it fun vs him since guessing/remembering if pallets are real is more interactive than spam snares at loops.
But 4 games in a row with ebony mori? Might as well pink key while genrushing every game and we all know how fun that is when we play slow killers.

Well for my part I'm playing the same way I always do, it doesn't to me one way or another if the survivors are on console (other than they won't see me say "gg" I guess.)

When I had crossplay on I didn't play one ps4 killer, all from other platforms. Every single match they had iri add-ons equipped. On ps4 I'd see a few a session, never had just entire day filled with just iri add-ons though. It's like the killers on other platforms saved them all up just for crossplay. 😂

I mean I dont really want to trash them. I just dont want to play with them either. PC and console players should be kept separate. Every console killer I've faced was easier than a typical f13 killer. Clearly this is an issue.

They're probably insecure, had a rough match last game and wanna take their anger out on the next game, or plan and simple.... they're just bad and they need to rely on crutch offerings/add-ons/perks.
