Devs, why have sanctions against hackers become seriously slow?
Hacker bans via DBD help center reports became too slow.
A month ago, it took about three days to get the results of the ban.
But after the Silent hill chapter, it became very slow.
Despite attaching clear video evidence, the hacking report case has not been processed for three weeks.
In result, the game is flooded with numerous hackers.
Is there an issue that has a problem with the processing speed of the DBD help center?

they are not even banning racist people, i got 3 games where some dudes just got full racist at the end, their steam profile still no ban at all, guess everything is alowed in this game

same, reported a guy, i got him after that week like 3 times already. so i stopped playing this game.and today i came back and got another hacker. i aint playing this game atm.
