it's not like we're playing R6 or any online shooter game. Yeah pc have an advantage but it's not that far off.

I'll be honest, but with the amount of matches I've played already I'm sure that I've already gone against people playing on the pc and I'll just say that if there's this supposed scary supreme keyboard and mouse user, I haven't seen them yet.

To be honest, as an xbox player i was worried about god tier nurses and hackers, but i played probably 20+ matches yesterday and the main reason im leaning towards disabling cross play is simply due to frame rates.
Played a game yesterday i was struggling on the hook another team mate got hooked and it was his death hook.
When he got hooked the frame rates dropped so bad that it killed me. Guess the game thought i wasnt pressing the struggle button idk
So i believe im going to have to turn cross play off untill they can fix the fps problem on consoles.

Never understood the whole elitist mentality of PC being a superior system. Like, yeah graphics CAN be better but nobody cares after a certain point. M&KB also isn't THAT impressive either.

A strong player is a strong player. It won't matter which platform they are on. I've already seen survivor's bully PC Huntress and Nurse who are good and have seen them playing before.

I haven't stumbled across toxic console SWF since the crossplay, only chill survivors from consoles.
The only 4 or 5 toxic SWFs I met yesterday were PC players.

I havent experienced fps problems with cross play but I have now encountered my first bug where a huntress picked up a survivor and downed another one while carrying and they all got stuck on a rock and couldn't move

I don't know brother.
I am the plainest of plain killers on PC (r17) and I wrecked multiple teams with green and purple ranked players last night.
Prior to cross play, my fellow PC greens and purples generally walked on me like I was made of rug, so there might be a legitimate disparity in quality between PC and console players.

Not trying to say you're wrong but as OP had said many SWF console players didn't care if the console killer could play at all. Even if they did they best with the low FPS they would still bother him and sending a message "LOL, noob. Baby killer" and etcetera. I am not saying every player is a salty one but I do believe it's justice when they did as they pleased on console and now as PC are "better" than them they opt to DC due to how "unfair" It is. Now they didn't care how unfair it was on a console nurse, as an example with the click click and stuff and their toxic behaviour.

I'm sorry but nothing excuses the attitude in the original post and the ones that follow it up with the 'Hell Yeah!' Attitude.
Should I go onto my game system and start sending killers sexual assault threats, wishes for cancer and their mother dying, because the killers who used to routinely send that to me, a player who never used a meta perk or BM'd a killer, didn't seem to care that it might make my gaming experience less fun?
There is no 'justice' because you have no idea if the player who's life you are making miserable, actually in any way deserves it. So i mean....justify it however you like if it makes you more comfortable, i can't control your actions, but you'll never convince me there is any justice to this childish behavior, and that goes for survivors who taunt their opponents too.

I dunno man. I've been both red rank survivor and killer on both PC, PS4, and PS4 Pro. I find very little difference between them skill wise some killers clearly have an upgrade on PC. I see that the average player is not the strongest player on DBD. Just overall I feel a lot of people think the skill gap between PC and a Console is this huge abyss that's an obvious show. Yet when I switched from PS4 to PC I didn't really notice anything above what I had seen on PS4. Then again this is just my sole experience, but as its my experience as of yet I see little difference in a skill gap between platforms.
On a side note I have noticed survivors still acting like they did when MMR was giving you completely boosted survivors. It seems to only be present with the crossplay between killer and survivor though.

Not sure what you're trying to say or what the nature of your disagreement is.
I can only tell you, in the past matched against teams of green/purple PC players ( playing as Spirit) I often got walked on.
Conversely, last night it was 4k's, discons and often double pips in all 5 games I played.
Maybe I had a great night.
Maybe I have turned the corner on skill.
Maybe they were all dropping frames or heading fps problems.
Or. . . Maybe the console greens/purples (and some reds) aren't generally as good as the PC counterparts.
Take your pick.

Me too I can't wait to play against a decent nurse. I have 500 hours on Xbox and have never faced a really skilled one, so hopefully that will change soon!

I have been playing since dbd on ps4 came out. The number of times Ive met toxic survivors is actually low. Other then recently when dealing with DS on someone(Granted. My fault for not realizing it was the same Dwight and trying to max my hook points) I generally have good games.
Ive even had survivors willing to help me finish challenges that I couldnt get normally.(for the record... I cant aim Huntress hatchets worth anything)...
Ive had one survivor be toxic... And he DCed from the game after the second hook when he came to rescue another while injured. Like... Siiiigh.
Just be good to each other yeah? And slap toxic players whether Killer or Survivor.

While im here, no im not a PC player, I believe console swfs deserve a reality check, console swfs shouldnt have to never deal with actual powerful killer strategies or at least not deal with them more consistently. Console swfs get big egos because of how they can 360 console killers and therefore deserve humbling, I dont have to be a pc killer to know that killers are better on pc.

Maybe it should, but generally speaking, many console survivors that ive played against are clickers and teabaggers, I dont think I have a single game without one. Dunno bout the pc survivors though.

no its to rid console swfs of their high egos which they undeniably have. If console survivors have to turn off cross play, not because of FPS issues but because of strong killer mains, than that just makes the point that console survivors have grown overconfident and would rather stay in the comfort area of strong, but less common on average ps4 killers rather than actually adapting.

As survivor I've walked over some pc killers and as killer I've definitely walked over pc players. Toxic survivors are a** literally no skill besides flashlight clicks.
Even with cross play though this game is still dead and taking ages to find matches

For not being able to afford a PC or perhaps not having the money to buy another full set of DLC? Because those are the only reasons people weren't playing in the 'real world' before cross play came into play.
Players adapt to their medium and you want to 'humble' people because they got halfway decent on the platform they had at the time? Oh and i see below you have DECIDED that anybody who turns off crossplay because of FPS issues is lying and just wants easy games?
Wheres your proof? You have the gall to make the statement, so wheres the proof. Not rumor, not your say so, where is the concrete proof that the many, many people who have complained of fps issues and longer que times, are lying? Are the PC killers who have reported how janky console survivors look in their games lying too?

People can turn off cross play for fps issues, they shouldnt turn off cross play because they cant adapt to playing against pc killers.

If they are turning off cross play SPECIFICALLY to get rid of strong killer mains, not because of fps issues. By all means though, distort my original message to fit whatever point you want to main.

I still don't get why everyone is so put on about being better than the other instead of just playing the game casually. I get into arguments with my siblings about the killer / survivor superiority bullshit but then I remember it's just a video game and I win the argument by simply saying I only play for fun lol Goes to show most PC players have nothing better to do .
