Use your brain and map control ?
During the first 3 gens, you can chase/down/hook surv. When 2 to 3 gens are done, then you start to slug, tunnel to get 3 to 4 survivors injured at the same time an to get 1 to 2 kills.
Keep noed, if you apply enough pressure on gens/survivors, they won't do all totems.
Also use Corrupt Intervention to help you getting map control the first 2 minutes.

I think he's asking as survivor against a camper, should he rush gens or should he do bones to prevent noed?

If you are 3 left and the Killer is camping then do Gen's. Each one of you on another Gen. This way the Camper loses 3 Gen's on you but watch out that you guys do not 3 Gen yourself. Don't hook rush if it is a Bubba or Michael.
For NOED bring Detectives Hunch or a Green/Rainbow Map with addon's

As a solo queue, I don't cleanse dull totems because I can't trust that the rest of the team will get the rest. Instead, I memorize the location of the dulls, and run a path through all of them in the endgame if NOED does trigger. If you need to pump out gens fast with no time to cleanse, then consider making this play.
