The bloodpoint system is problematic and stops people from getting into the game
Every time my friends think about investing in this game because I play it so much, they instantly get dissuaded when I tell them how much time goes into needing to grind out perks. No one wants to play the game gimped for over 300 hours. No one wants to wait for an event to start playing just so they can grind out the points faster. No one wants to even try the game out when I tell them it's fun enough in the beginning and there's so much to learn that the perk gimpage won't be that horrible.
Just change this horrible horrible hoorrible system already

for them it wont be that bad as they wont have as many perks as u. so the grind will be better for them. then if they play and enjoy the game they wont care for the grind that much

on one hand, yeah the grind can be quite massive.
though on the other side, the Devs added a lot of ways to earn additional BPs with Daily Challenges, tome Challenges, 2x BP Events and a multitude of bonus BP Offerings.
its really not THAT bad, considering all of that.
like, before i started doing the page two challenges of this tome my Executioner was barely P3 lvl 50 - now, after completing them, im only 30 perk levels away from having him maxed out.

The grind is still bad enough that it's discouraging to even play the game. Even if they made it better, the current system acts like you are some high school with loads of free time on their hands. It would take normal people over a year to ungimp themselves.
