console players dc
Why do console players run the most absurd builds, then dc after first down. EVERY match I've played today at least one or two people dc. Never the PC players though, always the console. This cross-play stuff is getting old since I can't even disable it in settings!

You can disable it on the main menu, not during the survivor/killer menu but during the main menu.
But I haven't run across those kind of survivors, I usually just get boosted survivors who make rank 39 decisions while being rank 3.
Maybe you are just having bad luck right now.

I've had some PC killers DC on me while I'm playing on console and before someone says how do I know? Their name had PC in it I know naming and shaming isn't allowed so I'll just say that it was blatantly obvious from what the rest of their name was they were on PC instead of a console , my point is there are bad players and good players everywhere and on console it's so bad with optimization that you can't tell if they blue screened or the crashed or if they actually DC sometimes, if anything this should open the devs eyes to how bad console optimization is needed, me myself having most my hours on PC I can tell you it runs nowhere near as good on console

Another excuse who makes no sense.

Again, the DCs I've been seeing (regardless of platform) seem to be from connection. I've maybe seen one rage quit and they would have been DoH anyhow.

Huh weird had back to back games with Pc players dcing on first down.. almost as if everyone has to deal with salty players.. and shouldn’t blame it on the console

I think its mainly that this community is divided and hateful to each other enough with just survivor/killer. Do we really need to divide it more by user platform?
Whats next? Console players have to sit in the back of the room when they play?
Can we just agree that people on all platforms DC for whatever reason they want instead of bashing people just for their platform of choice?

Might be an issue with crossplay. My cousin doesn't DC on purpose, but she's been DC'ed from matches a few times. Like it'll be at a time where she's working on a gen and not in danger, so you know she's not just quitting. And her internet is 100x better than mine. (Plus she plays on the same internet as our third SWF team member, and they didn't get dc'ed)

Really? I played console (PS4), and survivors I go against didn't DC, I've only had survivors DC against me once Cross Play came out. I figured it was always the PC players who were constantly DCing
