Blood Pact change...
Can we make it a bootleg Aftercare? Where its not active until you unhook/heal/escape killers grasp (after flashlight save or pallet drop)
People affected by Blood Pact can see each other until person with Blood Pact perk unhook/heal.. etc.
Both people affected by the pact can see eachother and gain buff after healing eachother.
Buff duration should be dependent on whether you are in chase or not. ( so lets say 30 when not in chase if you get into chase timer speeds up so you get the 10 we have now)

Huh? Are you asking for a nerf to it?

Why would you want to change it? It's fine the way it is. It shows either your and the obsessions aura to each other as long as one of you is injured. The speed boost is barely used in chases. How many times has the obsession come over and healed you when the killers on you? Sure, it has moments where it can save a survivor from being hit if you get the heal off just before they get there, but that's very rare.

Its bad becouse if you are the obsession perk is useless. So pairing it with something like ds is really bad.Plus if the killer has nemesis you might as well remove this perk.

If you have DS then you run that risk using the perk together. And you can't exactly predict Nemisis on a killer unless it happens. Like I said, the perk is more for situational use rather than constant use.

Honestly the only change Blood Pact needs is for the haste to be a 3-second 150% Sprint Burst kind of haste, instead of the borderline useless 10 seconds of Hope. If it gave an exhaustion-perk style speed boost, it'd be great for those moments where you get a heal off just before the Killer arrives.

My only complaint with it is when you become the obsession the perk becomes useless. I wish instead it randomly selected another Survivor so there was always some utility to the perk.

Are you seriously complaining about Blood Pact of all things? Blood Pact!? This has to be a troll.

I would make it so Blood Pact links you to someone randomly instead of the obsession(or maybe some sort of way to choose it?),and the link changes if the person dies.
Cheryl did bring the achievement ,,Healthy Obsession" so that could be an actual mechanic.
I think it would simply be like Kindred-a nice solo play perk.
