Wraith Rework Idea
A friend and I have been working over this rework idea for wraith in our heads. We are open to feedback especially on what to do with his perks.
Increase Wraith's terror radius, this is to balance the below changes.
Give the wraith true invisibilty from a distance while cloaked (if Freddy can have it, so can Wraith)
Allow Wraith to attack, but not down survivors, while invisible. Attacking while cloaked will de-cloak you and apply a cooldown to cloaking.
Allow wraith to teleport to totems while invisible. 60-75 second cooldown without add-ons. This is to give him a bit more map pressure and unpredictability while also allowing it to be disabled easily.

After receiving some feedback and talking it over with my friend, we have decided that the auto-uncloak could be a purple/red add-on, as it's a strong ability as is. Instead, the wraith would flicker upon hitting a survivor while cloaked, similar to how he flickers when breaking a pallet or generator.
Edit 2: Totem Teleporting
This is a fairly gimicky idea, and would best be kept to purple or red add-ons for that matter, if implimented. The devs would be better at balancing it than I.

Nah, he just needs a shorter de-cloaking time and should be able to throw his weapon like a boomerang.

I like this idea, but it doesn't sound as fun if you ask me. We already have a good bit of projectile killers.

These ideas might not even be that bad, but to be honest he doesn't need any changes. He is a strong killer (In my opinion A tier) and is fine for booth sides. I mean he can just go invisible with no terror radius and be fast and than uncloaking and he has been the same for 4 years. He might not be a really creative killer but I think he should stay the same.

As he stands, he can be spotted across the map and avoided with relative ease, his power does little aside from transportation, which many killers do better. He needs something to make him stand out more.

I mean his invisibility is not even a thing you can still see survivor, the thing that makes him so strong is just that he can move really fast, with windstorm add-ons even faster and he has no terror radius. He can sneak up on people and just uncloak around a corner. With the yellow or pink clapper add-on you can basically get free hits and he is like a better version of ghostface.

He is the weakest killer in the game... his power gives no advantage in chases where as every other killer can use their power in a chase to their advantage, at least this way he can move around incredibly easily while still fitting his lore.

Full blown rework not necessary really.
- Make purple windstorm speed basekit, rework windstorm addons to something else.
- Allow him to pickup survivors while cloaked (removes his cloak)
- Remove the pallet stuns while cloaked making his stun longer (just normal stun)
- Remove the flashlight counter to his power
- Give him true invisibility like freddy when outside of 32 meters (what his terror radius would be)

He is totally not the weakest killer in the game. He might have been a few months / a year ago. But Tru3ta1ent showed his real potential. He might be a little bit add-on depended (windstorm) but basically he is a really strong killer. I only make good experience with him same as others. He is a killer that can move really fast through the map with no terror radius. Surprise survivors by just coming around corners and uncloaking. He has some really strong add-ons like the clapper add-ons. If survivors gain a lot of distance after you hit them the first time you can just close it up really fast. In chases you can get infront of the survivor easily because you are fast and body block them while they are trying to get to a window or a pallet, same thing what you would do with legion while unfrenzying. After he uncloaks you gain a speed boost which can allow you to get free hits on pallet loops that are not that big. He is a really strong killer and totally not the weakest in the game, thats clown : D

He is not very fun to play, especially since he is reliant on his addons or perks, at minimum he needs buffed, the rework is just an idea to make him more unique.

I have to agree on that. As I also said he is add-on depended on the windstorm add-on. He also isn't really unique just a stealth killer.

But he is at least strong, I mean you have a different opinion on that which is okay but I think he is one of the strongest killer :3 (with the windstorm add-ons)

In some cases I find it easier to see him than a ghostface just because of the shimmering effect, and he can't even one shot you normally. Giving him true invisibility outside his terror radius alone would help tremendously.

so if he had 8 stacks of stbfl he would hit a healthy survivor auto uncloak and hit them again with the speed boost he gets from uncloaking?
and then after the survivor is down he picks up and hooks the survivor and half or most of his cooldown is gone? this sounds op and the idea that you cant down survivors while cloaked is meaningless if it auto uncloaks and he retains his speed boost.
why would the survivors ever consider healing if it makes it more likely that they will get downed?
why would a killer with no hex perks want to teleport to totems?
lit totems, dull totem, broken totems? what state must the totem be in for him to teleport to them?
freddy has flashes of himself so not true invisblity and he has the children singing terror radius thing this is not a good comparison.
what is the point of increasing the terror radius of a killer that wont have a terror radius unless they're hooking survivors? the way i play wraith curently i try to never have a terror radius (the ghost addon helping considerably with this)
im not trying to be rude but these are all the flaws that come to mind at a glance

Stbfl is really strong on almost any killer. And you might be right about the auto uncloak, my idea behind it at that time was to alert anyone else nearby that he was there, but maybe him flickering such as when he breaks a pallet would be better. That way he would still manually have to uncloak before trying to down and the survivors could still know he was there easier.
The idea behind the totem teleportation was to make him more unique and give him a better way to travel around the map, but making him faster while cloaked by default could also fix this problem.

i meantioned stbfl to amplfiy what i think using him would be like equivalent to plague with vile purge effetivenesss addons stacked and 3 stacks of pwyf with no down sides as their base kit.but even plague would need to charge up their attack the new wraith you are talking about wouldnt need to. telporting to totems is the same as freddy's mechanic its not unique.

i would prefer minor ajustmnets like ghost-soot and the yellow windstorm base and as for the perks predator need to be completely scrapped and reworked from the ground up to be something other than spirit buff or newbie crutch the rest are niche but useful

i dont know about that wraith got a rework way back when and nurse got a rework (even though she is not really base game)

also i like and use bloodhound on specific builds and some people love shadowborne i dont think these should receive big changes
