Discovered it just now the hard way. I gave up a flee to get one more self-unhook for the throphy in the EGC.


Guess what? Nevertheless you have 100% (100%) chance to escape, you cannot even try!!! LOL

    Think about it though, if you're the last one and the Killer hooks you, it doesn't matter if you unhook yourself because the Killer is right there and there's no escape. If Deliverance worked in that scenario, people would pair it with DS and abuse it for free escapes. It has to be this way.

    If they're the last one left you can just slug them or close Hatch before picking up.

    The only time they'd get a totally free Escape is if they got a door open as you downed them and then you hooked them close to it. If that happens with them as the last Survivor AND they never got hooked all game, I personally don't have any issues with them being able to get a free Escape.

    It'd be like using Bloodwarden and NOED to 4k everyone in the Gate. You can't get mad at that, it's too crazy.
