Again and again and again: 3 trash survivor perks that no one will use and you will promise to buff them for a year until you actually make a very small change that doesn't actually change anything.

3 killers perks that are either decent or will be buffed after the ptb to be decent.

Why do you keep making survivor perks if you have no intentions of making anything unique, fun or decent?

They are not only trash, but extremely lazy. It's like they didn't want to spend more than 5 seconds designing them.

One of them is literally a worse version of Botany. 33% healing speed + 33% efficiency at all times is much better than 30% or whatever the new perk is with 3 dead survivors. Unhooking speed doesn't even matter most of the time.

Another perk is literally Deja Vu 2.0 like you said.

I didn't expect them to make any interesting survivor perks, to introduce any new mechanics or to create interesting gameplay opportunities like the killer perks usually do, but these 3 perks are something else. What's even more interesting is 6 months from now you'll probably hear them promising to buff these perks like they promised to buff WGLF, Any Means Necessarily, Vigil and other perks, buffs that didn't happen yet despite the fact that it's probably like 10 months since they talked about buffing them.

They already said before not every perk is going to be game changer. I for one, like to play around with different perks. I do think the injured perk is worth noting and the one where you can reuse a depleted item.

I only see visionary useful on the silent hill map because it's hard to find a gen on that map lol

Problem is, since patch 1.6(Huntress & David), not a single perk was a game changer except MOM which got hit by the nerf hammer. There's a pretty big difference between "not every perk is going to be a game changer" and "not a single perk is going to be a game changer for survivors".

Also, did I ask about game changing perks? At least something different or interesting, not the same old tired ideas with a small twist.

I did not expect anything and got disappointed. The Killer Perks are better, but Devs seem to be afraid to bring out new Survivor Perks.

So its the usual for me - bringing a new Survivor to P3-50, then doing a bunch of Bloodwebs to get 3 Perks I never use on all Survivors. Yay.

I don't think survivor get strong perks because they have to be balance around the idea of 4 people using it. As you mention they don't want to deal with another MOM situation or DS

Soul guard and repressed alliance are pretty good. I do agree the new survivor perks are atrocious, which is sad because Felix looks beatiful.

The perks of the new survivor seem very bad to me, however, the perks of the new killer seem decent to me and I think one of them could become a meta-perk

The one that exposes survivors that repair a gen after it has been kicked?

Desperate Measures doesn't seem bad, but the other two are very meh. Dejavu 2.0 was really unnecessary.

The killer perks are actually very good though.

All 3 of her perks are good. I run blood pact in my primary Survivor build.

That said these perks are just kinda eh.

Visionary in particular cannot be good

How about increasing base bloodpoint gain like 300% across the board. The webs are so bloated with garbage the grind is Korean.

The survivor perks are kind of trash, one of them is just vastly superior deja vu (without the 3 gen avoidance information), another one is like,,,, worse botany knowledge, and the third one is actually somewhat ok... if you're running a really good toolbox OR a purple flashlight

this survivor perk aren't great at all.

    I respectfully disagree.

Pig has better perks than Tapp. Make your Choice and Surveillance are very solid and meta on certain killers.

Clown has better perks than Kate. Pop is Meta and Bamboozled is also good.

Legion has Discordance which is meta, Jeff doesn't have a meta perk.

Plague has Corrupt and Infectious Fright which are both meta. Jane has Head On, which isn't meta, but can be fun at times.

And I could keep going, but you got the idea lol.

I made a post and also explained that the devs should do something because they will NOT make another adrenaline, bt or ds. They will just keep making average survivor perks in fear of making something like original mettle of man because keep in mind 4 people on the same team can run it. However I do very much like Soul Guard which in my opinion is the best perk since MoM.

As I said before I had an idea in which once you reached a new devotion you could combine select perks to make one legendary perk with the effect of both the perks you used to create it.

Thats about the only reasonable thing they can do other than that they will not release any new perks as strong as the current survivor meta.

I get that, but from a sales standpoint.... If you are a "survivor main" that has no intention of playing killer, the survivor perks are the main reason you buy new DLC. Unless you really like the new characters looks or sounds, they play no different than the other two dozen characters you already own. I think people forget there have been some decent perks come out lately. Soul Guard (Cheryl), For The People (Zarina), Head On (Jane), Inner Strength (Nancy). Being the survivor player base is 4/5 of the player base, the survivor perks can't keep being trash or you will stifle your sales and the want for veteran players to keep playing. There is balance to every aspect of keeping a "old" game relevant.
