in Bug Reporting

PTB game fails to start due to "xinput1_4.dll is missing" error.

When I download xinput1_4.dll and put in system32, the game fails to start with the "the procedure entry point createDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll".

Main game works fine.

    i'd wager yes but there could still be a fix other than upgrading OS, at least i hope so

    maybe with all people complaining , behaviour will fix this bug in the week or before the ptb end

    I'd be shocked if this update requires an OS upgrade. That would be a great way to lose a good chunk of the playerbase.
