The Blight and Vigo
Are they the same person? I don't see anything in his lore abt it.

Nothing seems to suggest they are the same person.

We've been tricked, we've been backstabbed, and we've been, quite possibly, bamboozled.

Considering Vigo created the Hatch for survivors to escape and considering everything related to Vigo is to aid survivors(even the blight skins, which are Vigo's doing, make killers more visible than they otherwise would be), why would Vigo turn into a killer? Especially since Vigo is the person who opens up The Rift and wrote down all his research?
The only thing connecting Vigo and the new killer are their uses of the Entity's Blight. Vigo could have simply dropped some of his vials before The Entity found where he was and The Entity knowing what it's blight can do giving it all to someone who actually uses it in The Entity's favor.

Idk I thought the juice made him crazy or something whenever he took it. Also, in the lore of The Blight, it said he was making chemicals or serums that made people stronger/ more durable so maybe he was trying to help the killers or make the game more "interesting". Also I think the rift said something about him playing as killer and survivors, unless him confusing him or the alchemist. I'm honestly just confused who's who with the 3.

The Blight is The Alchemist aka Torbert Grimes. They found Vigo's journal, experimented on killers and became obsessed with the pustula flower to the point of insanity. They bargained with the entity for a flower and injected the serum into themself and became The Blight
Vigo is a seperate character.

I remember in one of the cut scenes the a book in Vigo's library was missing when he went to put a book he was reading away.
It was Vigo who escaped the void, found the flower, used it to make himself stronger. He hunted killers and experimented on them, the Doctor being one such IRC.
He became addicted to the flower and searching it became a focus for him.
The Blight I think got his hands on the missing book, probably at the monastery and ran with it. Which could be the Spidergod who stole Vigo's book and tossed it onto the earth realm to see who uses it to pull that person into the Trials.
Would be interesting if they get Vigo moving behind the scenes again to reclaim his stolen research or even 'retire' some of the killers or bring back a few void fallen survivors.
