Stuck on corner of the hill in Autohaven Wreckers.

I keep getting stuck on this specific corner in the Autohaven maps. I'm attaching a screenshot so it's clear what I mean. Not sure if it happens in all variations of Autohaven or just this one (Blood Lodge), but I remember it happening to me in this specific variation multiple times. Not only to me but also to my teammates and the killer. We are just stuck there and we cannot get out unless the killer picks us up from the floor.
Playing on PC btw.
