Skin Visual Bug - Wool Noragi Jacket (Jake)

Hi.
I've been using the Wool Noragi Jacket on Jake and since the 4.1.0 patch other players in the match, both survivors and killers, complain that my Jake's upper body is invisible. They say it's only a floating head and pants running around... On my hand, his upper body jacket model is perfectly visible.
Having paid for a skin I cannot use without gaining an "unfair advantage" is frustrating due to people speculating me cheating or hacking, and I don't want my account to randomly get flagged for excessive reports.

The platform is Steam.
It seems to happen almost every match, but I only reckon it when other players notify me in the post game chat.
