If MMR is disabled until further notice, then maybe it's time to enable Killer switching.
Back when MMR was enable, Killers couldn't switch characters in lobbies. Now that is has been disabled for unknown amount of time, maybe they should re-enable the option to switch Killers while in a lobby?

But that would make it difficult for them to secretly switch it back on without telling anybody.

It was removed because MMR was being added shortly after. It just makes sense that they'd turn off MMR and turn switching back on since the whole reason they turned off switching was for the MMR that they ended up disabling anyways.

Not when they want to gather Data.
Also, they would need to make an Update to allow switching, whhile they simply can switch on MMR on their backend.
In the end, its not much of a Deal that Killers cant switch Characters IMO.
