Killer DC'ed during the loading screen and I got BP's

I was playing survivor for a daily and the killer DC'ed during the loading screen. At the mach end screen I was awarded 20k BP, 1 Pip and it said that I escaped the trial.
Has this happened to anyone else or was this just a fluke?

I've heard there's a bug that's forcing matches to end early or before they even start sometimes. It's either that happened or the killer purposely turned off their internet or closed the game on console which I don't know why they would do that.. I see no offerings used that would cause someone to quit in the screenshot1

I have had it but it showed my totals from the previous match.

No it isn't and wasn't an issue, I was just wondering if this was a fluke or something that is common on the survivor side of the game. I don't play survivor unless it's for a daily, so with that being, said this was only like my 20th game as survivor.
