This happens a lot on all platforms sadly. I have gotten stuck many times and even a few times with fellow survivors. We actually even had a killer take pity on us and slug us and let us wiggle free and restart. It was nice of him because most killers just took advantage of the bug and slugged and then camped like they had skill. lol
