Seriously... you need to increase....
You need to increase generator repair time. Like 15 seconds per gen. Tired of playing with Ruin, pop and corruption all the time.

When I play with those perks, I usually get the survivors. If I don’t......
if you have a good swf team, they can walk all over the killer. When I play survivor, I some times stop because I then feel bad.

Hate to break it to you, but you only need one of those at any given time if that. Instead of taking the approach of "gen times need fixed" record your games and see what your doing wrong.
Slow on finding first survivor? Chases too long? Overcommiting?, Bad game sense?, lack of pressure?
Recording and watching yourself actively helps you improve as killer.

What the Devs need to do (but won't 'cause they don't know their own game) is too put one or two more obligatory objectives for survivors in the game. Increasing gen time won't fix the problem especially against a well coordinated SWF (or even a normal SWF, when I play with my friends we usually do all the wrong plays and still can get 5 gens).
Survivors need to do more then holding m1 on a thing. And bones doesn't count much 'cause it's either 12s +1 if all 4 do bones (and most survivors pretend that bones doesn't exist if they're dull).
