Why did i get 250 000 bp?

So i had this glitch, where the EAC said i had a file corrupted or something (pakchunk15-WindowsNoEditer.pak) It occured at some random points whilst in a round or sometimes just the lobby. No biggie, but i still wanted to fix it.

So i uninstalled Easy Anti Cheat, exited steam, and restarted my computer. Thereafter, i started up dbd and the loading was extra long, probably because it downloaded EAC. For some reason, i randomly got 250 000.

Is this equal to an amount you get when you start, when there is an event or when you finish some challenge? Please help.

    oh. Well that's alot simpler than i thought.

    Then why did i not get any bp before i restarted?

    Could the "thank you" gift have happened during i the time i was playing?

    I like they gave us free BP but what I like to know is there ever going to be another BP hunt event ever again?
