Look ik we give you guys #########, but seriously you guys are doing a great job. Even with all the mess ups and mistakes we are still on lock down and you guys are rolling out changes and updates. You even gave us 400,000 bloodpoints for free. I may not speak for everyone but I can say most of us are proud of you. DBD came a long way I'm glad I stuck with the game. Thats all I have to say. Until next time.

Well, I don't give the DEV a hard time; I think that is counter productive. However, I agree with the rest of your sentiment. They are a pretty darn generous company. They give out free cosmetics as you earn them (which is a primary money source), and they don't have to do that. They give out Blood Points all the time. They work constantly to try to balance a constantly evolving system. The Law of Unintended Consquences is a harsh mistress, and all things considered they do a very good job. DEV, you have my thanks.

And to all those people who do want to constantly give the DEV grief, you KNOW where the door is and can leave at any time. Every time I see one of you whining/whinging people post again and again, I'm like... if you think the game is so bad... WHY are you still here. Hypocrites. Worse, liars and hypocrites. If you truly believe half the garbage you type, you can vote with your wallet and head for the horizon. Since you don't, we know you are full of it.

I am not the greatest fan, the devs can have on this board, but I would wish we would be able to talk from player to dev more here in those forums.

So please devs, talk with us more than as the usual ammount of messages.

I know that is not really the topic of this thread, but I had thought it would be a good idea to throw it in here.

Being a dev isn't easy, most people would like to believe all fixes are simple but one little tweak could take days or weeks depending on what's being changed and making sure it works as intended instead of creating a new bug to go with the old one , hats off to the devs they put up with alot from the community

As much as I do love this game. And I do. There are a lot they do wrong. The best thing I think they have done in a while is crossplay. But aside from that all the glitches, bugs, errors people still have been getting to this day and they have not even bothered to address is a little....meh to say the least. Call it whining/grieving whatever but no one can deny that there is a huge list of things that need to be addressed in order to fix this game. Instead of focusing on more content they really should just focus on the health of the game first. Before pushing out more bugged out content. Sorry but it's the truth. Not here to start crap with anyone but when you're more worried about new content and cosmetics and not considering everything else what are we supposed to think?

Yeah I wish people would cut the devs some slack at times. Don’t get me wrong, they make some decisions that I think deserve to be criticised, but sometimes people can take it too far.

And the people who say the devs “never listen” are wrong. They claim that the devs don’t listen to anyone, but really the devs just don’t listen to them in particular. If they don’t instantly nerf DS or NOED then it means they don’t care. But the fact is that they have to balance this game for everybody. And they’ve added a ton of highly requested features but once they’re added, people flip out. The community used to scream for dedicated servers constantly, and then as soon as they were added (as requested!) people started screaming about them being the worst thing ever done. Same with crossplay.

I appreciate the fact that the game is still being supported and changed, even if I disagree with the devs or wish they did some things differently I do appreciate that everyone who works on DBD seems to be passionate about it. And despite my annoyances with some things I do feel that the community is listened to.

No they definitely have a lot of bugs to fix but they are at home and not an office so currently I'm letting it slide. The communication is poor but I know the devs aren't bad people who don't care about their community. They are only human after all.

Well, I think also that crossplay is a great thing. Also the dc penalty. I even think that it is good that they produce more content, because otherwise this game would die imo.

Where I would like to see better, or faster work is by the balance and bugs part. By balance changes it often feels so, as would have been 1 side totally ignored (and it takes then very long to get listen by the devs if you are on the wrong side of the table) and bugs... Comon which player would not wish that they all already have gone away yesterday? :)

Even that is pretty unrealistic, I know.

Cosmetic and art team is huge, balance team is only 2 people, and updates to game health are slow and small while cosmetics and dlc's are pumped out fast.

It is hard not to get the wrong idea.

Fast tweaks to perks outside of major updates are needed to keep up with them. They really need to spend more of the budget on more balance dev's and game health.
