Hit boxes behind killer?

it’s really annoying how many times I’ve 360 a killer and he swings either way too early and STILL manages to hit me when I’m directly behind him. How does that work? Do killers have a hit box around the entire killer or am I missing something here?

    It's most likely either the killer spinning with you or just a latency issue. If the killer didn't turn to face you after he hit you then the issue was latency. On their screen, you were still in front of them when they hit.
