I just had a chat with a fairly new player that literally told me "I wish I could run dead hard or decisive strike or something different that helps me survive more" I asked why didn't he just run the perks if he felt like he needed it until he was good enough to go without it, he replies "I've been playing with these guys I met and they pretty much bitched me out and told me I was a idiot and sucked for using broken perks or playing a certain way"

I'm sorry but that's BS to do a fairly new player or really anyone that way, they were 50/50 survivor killer players he was playing with but this whole survivor complaints about killer perks and killer complaints about survivor perks shouldnt bleed over into insulting people for having them, If YOU yourself are limiting yourself because it's deemed broken and not using the best build you can and trying your best to escape/kill then nobody wants to hear you cry when you lose that's on you

TLDR; new player got bullied for running perks and now is scared to put anything on to have fun, if people want to complain things are broken while limiting themselves to appease other people then they have no ground to stand on calling something OP if they aren't running the best they can

    Well, without crutches my trials usually are more fun to play & stuff, but I often ends up killed on many scenarios where crutches would have saved me.

    It's a win-win scenario where you have to choose between boring gameplay relying on crutches or fun build but considerably reduced chances of escaping.

    I understand that and there are times I use them times I don't , but people shouldn't take enjoyment away from a new player and force them to be a personal bot for the team not being able to enjoy anything about the game or try something they think might be fun

    I'm quite the opposite. I have run some of these perks because of the way that killers have conducted themselves. Wish I didn't have to!

    Same lol sometimes I have one of those days where nothing goes my way, I just think it's ridiculous now that people are insulted for perks they use and it discourages new players from wanting to play when they run into these people and it's alot more people than some realize that act this way even content creators have been name calling on builds people have on and they should be more mature and better representatives for the game
