Please make luck useful
Luck is the most useless status effect in the game, rivalling hemmorage. The amount of things it effects are tiny, and the impact of those things are inconsistent. Nobody likes that trapper's traps are luck based and nobody ever uses luck expecting to kobe.
Despite this, there are a variety of offerings and a perk to increase it. Bloodwebs are cluttered with luck offerings that no one ever uses.
What I propose is that
- killers get a series of offerings to decrease survivor luck
- reduce the amount of Survivor luck offerings. Perhaps removing all the personal luck offerings.
- luck affects the size of the great skill check zone, with it getting larger with better luck and smaller with worse luck.
- luck affects the amount of skill checks you get. Better luck reduces the amount and worse luck increases it.
- higher luck makes you find better items in chests and worse luck makes you find lower rarity.
Even all of this probably isn't enough to make luck worth it, but it's a start.

"luck affects the amount of skill checks you get. Better luck reduces the amount and worse luck increases it."
So technically better luck is bad for gen speed at higher ranks...

Yeah but you get other benefits like better items. Good luck helps bad players who can't rely on skill.

Great, then it's just item farming (coins still would be better) and decrasing the skill lvl on already extremally easy task, that is holding m1 on a gen... not to mention that still, decrasing luck offering would be an killer's offering that helps survivors (unless used on impossible skillcheck doc)

That's definitely true, but I don't think giving survivors the ability to make generators faster is good. Letting killers increase skill checks lets them plan around it by using skill check perks, like impossible skill check doc as you said.
I know these ideas aren't exactly great but currently luck is borderline useless and doesn't affect things in the game that are dependent on luck.

Actually, I think Luck should increase the amount of skillchecks. You literally have perks and item-addons that are there to increase skillchecks on purpose. Besides that, I feel like survivors should recieve an iridescent offering for luck.
I mean, you have killers with an Ebony Mori that are guaranteed to kill everyone they hook. Yet survivors have an offering that only slightly increase their unhook chance. Having an iridescent offering that, if 4 stacked, would almost guarantee an unhook on first stage would be, in my eyes, a fair addition as long as Ebony Mori exists.

Furthermore, if I'm bringing Autodidact and I see salty lips I would DC

They should honestly just remove it as a mechanic. Make escaping traps skill-check based or something, similar to snapping out of it but slower. Keeping the 4% chance to self-unhook is fine, but rework Up the Ante and maybe even get rid of/rework luck offerings.
