Killer blocking pallet drop
Make it so that you can drop pallet even if the killer is in the middle of it. I can't tell you how many times I couldn't drop pallet cause the killer could suddenly teleport to the middle or your character was just being an idiot

Wouldn't stun and puts me in a disadvantage cause the killer can
A) Walk around and hit me due to unsafe pallets
B) Destroy pallet easily without me getting enough distance
C) Is probably a legion and will fast vault hit me

You have to drop it earlier then when you are trying you must we waiting too long before dropping

If its:
A) Instead of camping the pallet then keep running, you aren't using the pallet for safety you are using it to block the killer so you can run somewhere safer. Or just get better at mindgaming the killers.
B) Again, keep running to go somewhere safe, if a killer breaks a pallet and all you do is hold w, it takes them 20 seconds to catch up. That's a long time.
C) If so, just mend in their face and then if they cancel power you revault the pallet and start another chase.

Were you the Jake who just DC’ed because the killer effectively body blocked you at pallet (hits you at the pallet, and then you run back to stun instead of leaving?) If so, thanks, we all appreciated it...

No, this is a trick that most killers don’t even try and it’s fair when it works out. If you need to drop the pallet, you have to be more decisive about it. Either drop it earlier or don’t give them the space to block it. If this is happening to you a lot then you’re misplaying.

Yo, Blocking pallets as killer is completely legit. While I can't speak for the devs I feel certain its inclusion in the game is intentional. Don't get greedy with pallets, or a good killer will punish you.
A good counter example is that the Devs didn't want Myers to body block people into a corner and stalk them, so Myers has no hitbox while he's stalking. You can just run straight through him. Seems like the devs actually think about this stuff, eh?

Haven't you considered that it might be deliberate and you might need to change something about your play style in order stop getting into those situations?

Whats with the surviviors who body block with BT and then complain if they get ,,tunneled"?

I honestly didn't know that could even happen, but after I thought about it, it makes sense for the few times I couldn't drop them in time

I really hope you don't do this but it sounds like you're one of those people that just stand in pallets and wait for the killer to get close so you can drop it on them but they're getting close enough to cancel out the button prompt for you , if you were looping and threw the pallet that would never happen it's almost always when someone is just standing there waiting that you see that, in my 9000 PC hours I've only had it happen when a killer picked a survivor up in the pallet and I was on the wrong side to get a prompt to drop it

Can you stalk in the middle of a pallet and not get stunned by it? Genuinely curious.

Good question. I don't know, but I'm going to make it my quest to find out.
I suspect you get stunned and pushed out, but it would be way more funny if you fused with the pallet and carried it with you for the rest of the match.

My issue with this is when you’re going for the pallet save and the killer is in the middle and won’t let you drop the pallet at all even when you can go under it a little too. So many saves gone south :(

Sounds like someone overshot his deadhard and couldn't pallet stun the killer. How about learn how to use your perks before saying killers are to strong.

This thread is so much circlejerking with the devs lol that I'm bewildered why you guys even defend them. The main reason why I can't even drop pallets is the godtier "dedicated servers" connection and the amount of killers playing from the moon on the server I'm on that I've had better connection 32 floors below level ground. How are you guys going to defend the connection now?

I've tried to watch Youtube in a underground facility before and the loading times were goddamn 7 minutes for a 30 second ad, but then you have DBD's connection and i'd rather be waiting the 7 minutes

Those complaints are 100% not valid. They put themselves in harms way on purpose, so they shouldn't be surprised when something bad happens.

Nobody's defending the connection. There's a real problem with the servers. But crippling Killers isn't the way to fix this. Feels like some Survivors just want an easy game at this point.

I usually have no problems dropping pallets? If a killer is more than halfway through a pallet you won't be able to drop it on them and that's 100% intentional design. Although I have had issues way back when a killer is standing under a pallet picking up a survivor, I go for the pallet save when the killer moves but the pallet will literally never drop until they're completely out of the pallet. Like I'd be legit smashing the living ######### out of the space-bar but it wouldn't ever come down lmao. Good times. That rarely happens now though. If anything pallets are even more reliable now since they stun earlier than they used to.
