I think Legion deservers more as any other killer else a power rework.
The players wanted always to have a multistabbing killer. That is something, the people by bhvr have never understand. Instead they were mad at their players that disliked to play this mend-spreading construct, they had first try to build with this killer.
Imo, they should finally get a bit self-esteem and accept what the people like to have, instead of pushing something what the old Legion mains never wanted to have.
After that, addons should be adjusted carefully and I mean here really carefully.
Besides that, Clown, Meyers and Trapper need multiple small patches imo. They should stay by their style, but some tiny changes could make a world for them.
By the nurse should the devs maybe ask themselves, if they have it not exaggerated with her basekit changes.
With the rest of the killer gang I am either happy, or have not play them.

Power rework:Plague,Myers, legion, The blight
Minor fix :Huntress (hatchets last sooo long to shot), Clown (M1 that his power cant even stop loops #########?) Trapper (all traps start with him, faster setting...)Hag (traps doesnt remove by activating it, only substituted by newer ones.
Addons rework:The pig (Those that affect peopke with RBT is useless as hell...Maybe add on to change type of traps.

Takes up your screen? It’s literally a tiny dot on the ground. I don’t understand why you think it would be anything but either inconsequential or a slight buff, how would it be a nerf?

Again, I really don’t understand this argument. It’s a tiny dot on the ground, how is that “wasted screen space?” Seriously, can somebody explain the vitriol against having the dot on the screen by a couple of people here who claim to be Nurse mains? I don’t get it.
Also on a tangent about collisions and skill, if you think collisions aren’t an issue for people who are great Nurse’s I recommend watching Tofu’s Nurse match from Midwich this week where he had instances of invisible barriers to blinks in parts of the hallways. Tofu is an excellent Nurse with I’m guessing thousands of hours in the character, I doubt anybody is going to say he needs to “play more” because he got blocked by impassible terrain.

They never said they nerfed him..just made him more interactive they had 0 intention to nerf him..quite the opposite

Legion..hes the only killer that I actively dislike vsing..because hes old freddy all over again..doesn't win via tactics..just by war of attrition..and playing as him you feel so lame in chase

Ah yes sorry ill just take my p3 50 rank 1 maxed nurse (ALL PERKS IN THE GAME) opinion elsewhere guess I don't get an opinion since of course asking for balance means im an inexperienced low rank with 5 hours in the game

Only low ranks dont knpw collision on nurse. Low ranks or people who dont play her. Also, I have that in every killer so there's no point in bragging about that. Thats not balance, its a crutch for bad nurses.

Youve never played her on midwich if you don't know those spots. They suck, but theyre easy to avoid unless the survivor knows about them too, which most won't.

Its not so much wasted space as a huge distraction. I literally can't play with that add-on bc I can't focus with it.

I know collision that I can see and even collision that I know exists behind a wall the only thing I don't know is broken invisible collision which this game happens to have plenty of, its a learning tool not a crutch you won't instantly win with an additional brown addon every game it will make the new player experience better and assist more experienced players to not have blinks that just don't work because of wonky invisible collision

Sorry, I’m sure you’re telling the truth about your own experience but I still don’t get it. It’s like saying you can’t play a shooter if there’s a small crosshair because it’s too distracting.

I think some killers like Plague have too many restrictions placed on them. She just needs minor tweaks to be viable in high level play. She should be able to get her power from any fountain and she shouldn't have such a massive speed curve on the wind up. It's too easy for coordinated survivors to soft reset after 2 or 3 gens. She's a noob stomper.

Wraith absolutely does not need a rework. Add one Purple Windstorm to his base kit, then nerf his Windstorm addons and he would be perfect.
Not every killer needs some stalk, insta-down, teleport across map power to be good. I generally do great with Wraith while I have both Green and Purple Windstorm equipped. Unfortunately at the moment, when you don't have Windstorm addons in your inventory, Wraith is terrible.
Full Rework: Deathslinger, Spirit, Clown, Hag
Partial Rework: Ghostface, Freddy
Tuning: Wraith, Trapper, Doctor

i dont think there is any killer that needs an actual "rework".
id say smaller changes on their basekits should be more than enough in most cases, though some could do with an Add On overhaul (e.g. Demo).
the only killers that would actually need more significant changes would be the Trapper (not a rework, but quite a few buffs. his basekit has just too many problems in its current state), the Pig (more specifically her RBTs should have the RNG aspect of them removed) and potentially the Nurse (her power is literally gamebreaking, yet super unfun. they eigther gotte tweak it a little to make it more fun to use or she actually needs a rework - she is the only one where i could actually get behind such a power rework, though i dont think its necessary)
also just a quick comment on your list there:
you are aware that "complete rework" and "power rework" is essentially the same, right? you are basically asking for 7 of the current 21 killers (a THIRD of the entire killer variety) to get deleted and replaced with something entirely new.
that is definitely not going to happen.
i can see tweaks, but i cant see full reworks.
besides that, one of the killers you suggest a full rework for has not even released yet.

I agree with the speed curve, but corrupt is the best projectile in this game. From any fountain is too much.

Thats rare. Most people dont know about those spots. Just bc some people in his game knew doesn't mean everyone will. Also, there are only four spots like that max in the entire map.

If you give billy the ability to actually properlly be anti loop they'd have to limit him some other way like making him 110% or ruining the chainsaw dash even further.

Ok, I'll take your word for it that it looks different on PS4, I'm only seeing images from PC on Google. (If someone has a snapshot of the PS4 version I'd be curious to see it now.)

The addon is not a crutch its a tool much like a crosshair on huntress or deathslinger, it won't win you the game by itself. Also this addon warns you about the collision before you blink so it would make the collision be easier to play around

It's not the best projectile in the game if the killer has to give up half a gen just to obtain it. Survivors can just wait out the majority of its duration too.

I personally want a PIG rework.
Everything about her power another killer has but better, her crouch and null terror radius is overshadowed by Ghostface and other stealth killers.
Her Ambush attack is very counterable and also overshadowed by Demos lunge imo. It's not even an Ambush like it says, you use it with loops to hopefully mindgame never to actually ambush.
Her bear traps do slow down the game a bit and are fine but I think the rng system needs to he reworked for her. Or the trap can activate as soon the the survivor is unhooked. Something needs to be done to make them feel more like they are slowing down the game.
I would say Rework her stealth and Ambush mechanics all together. Keep her bear traps but make make them activate quicker.

Like why would you ever want to play Myers when Ghostface is just so much better at everything he does?
All the other killers only need their addon changed or slight changes to their power in my opinion.

Wow if that’s what it looks like at max distance on PS4 then that’s much bigger than PC! You can see from the shot I posted earlier on PC that it’s basically just a dot. The PS4 version looks like it’s also 4 feet tall.
