It does the animation for me, stops then hits. It's kinda annoying as I've had plenty of times where it should have grabbed but it didn't.0

Same, if I grab then the grab should take place. It shouldn't stop you in place as the gen gets finished in your face by the 3 on the gen.1

This happens to me more often than actually getting the grab. It's such a pain in the ass.
It happened yesterday when someone hopped a pallet directly at me. The animation cut, my character attacked instead and ######### missed...

From what I can tell if they stop doing what they are doing. Gen totem hook ect. Right as you grab them or even a little after. It will cut the animation short and you will have only hit them. It is very dumb because for half a second you thought you had a grab but apparently not1

Happened to me yesterday only once so far. I had the grab animation on a window vaulting survivor but i didn't grab him. So seems definitely buggish.

This is happened so many times to me on console.. they really need to do something about it because the grabs are basically a free insta down and pick up being taken away from the killer.. like multiple Decisive Strikes I suppose.2

I thought it was a lag because of the peer to peer. I didn't realize it was a bug.

Yeah I was grabbing someone from a gen once, and in the same moment they finished the gen and sprint bursted away. I got stuck there until I started hitting random buttons. Apparently hitting m1 again fixed it, but that survivor was long gone by the time I figured it out.

This happens to me quite alot and often cost you greatly because not onlt don't you get the grab, you don't even get the hit. Even worse when you have an opportunity to grab someone off gen who's trying to pop it in your face and make you mis-time a swing, you'll start the grab animation and then BOOP gen pops and your grab doesn't count, plus the survivor gets a free escape.
I feel like this is one of those issues they say they can't really do anything about though, I don't know how you'd be able to make it not happen, its like a weird lag issue that is only really a problem on console with its frame skip0 -

This has happened to me before. It's BS and needs to be fixed. Do the devs want to Survivors to basically have a second DS?

It happens very often from long time ago.. and yes it's a very annoying desync issue. Waiting for a fix too
