game will not load. I tried restarting but keeps displaying the loading sign as soon as I begin the game. It’s switch account. Internet is working fine. Please help.

  Try switching your Switch off totally (not just put it in Standby mode), give it a couple of minutes, then restart - the issue should be resolved.
