At this point can noed/its analogue be just a basekit?

Add some stuff like totem counters or markers (like in apex) so survivors can have more info and put some gamechanging noed-like effect which should activate when bones aren't done

NOED works because survivors don't want to risk wasting time to prevent something that might not happen anyway but if they made a basekit NOED, you can be sure that 99% of the time you won't be able to use it.

That's the point. Make noed constant and thus creating a choice for survivors - do secondary, spending some time and denying killer's burst of power in endgame or focus on gens and give killer a burst of power .

Folk are too lazy to do bones. If bones were changed just even slightly to glow with a flicker instead of just a soft light. It would be more noticeable. Add a Whisper effect that Survivors can hear would also do better than the current manner.

I definitely do bones more because I like the perk from Nancy's perk Inner Strength. It's something that gives the incentive to do bones. But it's also a double edge sword. Because if all survivors Actually do bones just for NOED, it backfires on needed bones destroyed to activate Inner Strength. But then again 🤷‍♂️

The problem is that if the killer is good both choices are wrong. You either give them more time to kill people or let them wipe the floor with your team in the late game.

Only if the Survivor gets DS as an innate perk as well. /s

Killers don't need a ridiculous buff like this.

I mentioned buffs like totem counter or other stuff adding additional info to survivors if you are talking about that ;)
